I have been in the health industry for over 30 years as an herbalist and licensed nutritional counselor. Helping
others get well and stay well has always been my goal in life. Until I
had a life changing episode I only needed a basic routine to follow to
keep my health status and enter into my golden years ahead of the aging
process. Well a fall down a flight of stairs 12 years ago changed all
that. The fall set into motion a serious hip problem which then began
to cause multiple problems with my back and right leg. At the time
of my accident I had X-rays and was told a minor crack was found but it
would heal on its own. I still had problems so I went to a chiropractor
and had my hip put back into proper position. Since I was feeling OK
and back to a normal routine I basically thought things were under
control. Time forward 10 years and now little things are starting
to bother me...aching hip, a slight limp, a sprained ankle, slip off of a

surgery...you name it I was now experiencing it. I took every
