Cephas Ministry is issuing a special Cephas Letter because of the parting of Pope John Paul II. Our condolences go to every Catholic and all who are grieving over the loss of Pope John Paul II. God gave us the 23rd Psalm for this purpose. Cardinal Edward Egan, Archbishop of New York, at the St. Patrick's Cathedral, is teaching the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, at this moment to console those who are grieving. We all have the beautiful promise of everlasting life. Even in death, we'll not be alone. Our Lord Christ Jesus will be there to receive us if He is indeed our Lord and Savior. The message is about forgiveness. We are not returning home but are coming home to our Father in Heaven. We did not come from heaven but began our existence here from the womb of our mothers. The Bible's message is a vow that there is nothing to fear and for some great promises are going to be fulfilled when they come home to Heavenly Father and truly the 23rd Psalm lends hope and comfort to all who read it. In fact the 23rd Psalm was my key to the realization that Word is a LIVING WORD. Pope John Paul's era has closed as of today April 2, 2005 when the Pope left this planet. A new era is now in the making. A new Pope will be chosen by the 117 Cardinals. Since Pope John Paul's achievement was unimaginable in the 1940s 1950s and are incredible and attractive to the world, people will want to continue on that path. An Italian described the Pope: "his word really sounded familiar. We like rock. He is like a pop star." Many described him as a wonderful actor identifying him with Hollywood celebrities. This achievement will have tremendous effects on the next papacy. People will be open even more to bring the final era to the pivot point in the middle of the Tribulation when a beloved spiritual leader will have captured their hearts and ask them to take the mark and many will, because they trust him. John Paul II's ministry did not follow protocol but crossed the lines to all denominations, the cults and the heathen beliefs. People admire him for that and that will bear fruit in the next papacy. As often with artists, the fame does not come until he or she has passed away. What will be Pope John Paul II's fruit is the question.
"So many people love their faith and wish to continue in it,." stated a Middle Eastern reporter. She urged change for the next Pope. The need for the coming Pope to accept contraceptives, abortion on demand, homosexuality, doing away with celibacy, adding women to the pulpit, etc. is in the news. The next Pope will most likely be more liberal and complete what Pope John Paul II has begun with Vatican II. What is the pivotal point that this progression is moving to?
"The Pontiff has a way of touching all of us," a popular news anchor stated with enthusiasm. That is well said. I was a baptized and confirmed Lutheran, and must admit, I found myself drawn to the Pope when he came to Denver and had to take control of my thinking. He had charisma that penetrated walls and distances. I had to remind myself of this Scripture:
From a Catholic's lips comes: "There is a better, higher way to follow.. " Jesus rarely comes up in these reports. Who is getting the credit here for the work that the Pope has done world wide: no one but Pope John Paul II. The Catholic Church had over a billion members before the church courted all denominations to do their bidding. The Lutheran Church has begged to come back into the fold and apologized for Martin Luther's Reformation. The Catholic Church is behind the World Council of Churches and the Social Gospel which is driving the Lausanne Movement created by Dr. Billy Graham. Further down in this article you will see how much progress the Pope has made in the US to bring about the ecumenical world church. There is little left that has not been touched by the Papacy. All US Presidents have visited Pope John Paul II in black dress, even President Reagan and President Clinton were submitted to this powerful Vatican Changer. President Putin paid his respects in navy blue and much regret was experienced that the Pope could not visit Moscow. The Pope could not achieve reconciliation with the Russian Orthodox Church and respected that. Queen Elisabeth II also came in submission by wearing black on her visit to the Pope.
What did Jesus say about His flock? Who is the Bibilcal intermediary? In fact in Catholicism there are two intermediaries. The Catholic Church not only worships the Pope but the Virgin Mary as well.
David Cloud describes "true Christian unity in that it cannot be organized. In fact, any attempt to organize it is to corrupt it, because human organizations beyond the church require that men bend to the lowest common denominator of faith and thus require at least a certain amount of compromise. In an association of preachers or churches, it is required for the sake of unity that men not make an issue of those things on which the group is not in agreement. If some of the men hold to the KJV and its Hebrew and Greek texts by conviction while others hold to the NASV or NIV and accept the critical Greek Text, for example, neither party can make an issue of this particular matter because it would cause disharmony within the association or network. Thus associations actually destroy true Christian unity, which is based on true scriptural likemindedness. I have wonderful fellowship and unity with brethren throughout the world for the simple reason that we agree on doctrine and practice. I have enjoyed this unity with hundreds of brethren in dozens of churches in 11 different countries just in the last year as I have traveled on preaching engagements. But I do not have true unity with a large number of the men involved with the IBN, for the simple reason that we do not agree on many important issues. I cannot have sweet spiritual unity with men who use worldly music, who do not care about dress standards, who are moving in the direction of the Purpose Driven Church, who believe the critical Greek text and the modern versions are fine, who yoke together in ecumenical associations such as Promise Keepers and Billy Graham crusades (such as Jerry Prevo and many other BBF men do). It is equally evident that those involved in such things cannot have sweet spiritual unity with men like me who are have strong convictions against such things. This is for the simple reason that two cannot walk together except they be agreed (Amos 3:3)." http://www.wayoflife.org/fbns/bbf-unity-at-IBN.html The event of the passing of the Pope is coined a "Theological and Political event". Commentators remarked that we need a Pope next who can reconcile the whole world parallel to President Bush who has become the most powrful world leader. This "Theological and Political event" is a forerunner of the culmination 3.5 years into the tribulation just prior to the final triumph of Jesus Christ when He appears on Mount Olive to the remnant of Israel, when the Antichrist and the False Prophet join hands to end the world as we know it and usher in the thousand year Millennium with Christ Jesus at the helm.
NWO Religion: Ministry Watch (10): The AD 2000 United Prayer Track (4) The Global Prayer & Missions Movement Database - Strategic Partnerships for the Propagation of Another Gospel ~
Based on original sources, this ever-expanding database lays out the inter-connections of the Lausanne Consultation for World Evangelization [LCWE] with the Global Prayer & Missions Movement -- mobilized prayer initiatives in the local churches. The LCWEs goal is the evangelization* of the world during the early years of the new millennium. *Evangelization is a term coined by Harold Ockenga of Fuller Theological Seminary. As we shall discover, evangelization carries a very different meaning from the biblical command of [doing] the work of an evangelist (II Tim. 4:5) -- the sharing of the Gospel and bringing souls into the Church until the fullness of the Gentiles is complete (Romans 11:25). The very roots/origins of evangelization are contrary to Scripture. Long before the first Lausanne Consultation convened in 1974 under the leadership of Billy Graham, this global mission master-plan was conceived and mapped out. Seemingly, the movement began in the 1930s in the Forest Home Christian Conference Center of Henrietta Mears and was further developed at Fuller Theological Seminary. However, as will be shown in the forthcoming report, the global missions/prayer movement dates back to the formation of the Evangelical Alliance in 1846 in the Grand Lodge of England headquarters at Freemason Hall, London. [Ednote: A number of American cults were launched in the mid 18 hundreds.] The Evangelical Alliance is the parent organization of the World Evangelical Fellowship, which serves the United Nations agenda as a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Special Consultative Status with UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). The Missions Movement and the Prayer Movement are intertwined; prayer is organized to support the evangelization missionaries. Truly there are believers who have committed their lives to serving the Lord on the mission field, but if they are in a partnership with Lausanne, as the majority are, they need to understand the system they are serving. The prayer warriors who support them need to know the same. Christians who are involved in evangelism and intercessory prayer must be guided by the precepts of Scripture, rather than the innovations of men: I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way. ~ Psalm 119:125 & 128 Our purpose is to present the facts about the Global Prayer & Missions Movement: What is the history? How is it organized? Who are the leaders? How is it being implemented in the local churches? Billy Graham's statement on a universal religion reveals the false gospel of the evangelization movement: thats what God is doing today, Hes calling people out of the world for His name, whether they come from the Muslim world, or the Buddhist world, or the Christian world, or the non-believing world, they are members of the Body of Christ because theyve been called by God. They may not even know the name of Jesus, but they know in their hearts that they need something that they don't have, and they turn to the only light that they have, and I think that they are saved, and that theyre going to be with us in heaven. and the Roman Catholic Church has changed. They open their arms to welcome us and we have the support of the Catholic Church almost everywhere we go. And I think that we must come to the place where we keep our eyes on Jesus Christ, not on what denomination or what church or what group we belong to. - May 31, 1997 Interview of Billy Graham by Robert Schuller Leaders of the ecumenical Lausanne/AD 2000 & Beyond Movement are taking well-meaning, but undiscerning Christians on a route that parallels but is separate from the narrow path of Scripture. We pray that this database will serve as a wake up call for those participants in the Global Prayer & Missions Movement who are genuinely seeking to do the will of the Lord. About the Leaders of the Lausanne Consultation / AD2000 United Prayer Movement: They claim that God birthed this movement. As Apostles and Prophets of this movement, they claim they are called to identify the emerging leaders in each nation. Their work centers around creating a mapping system / databank of the worlds populations ostensibly for prayer purposes. They have introduced New Age/pagan terminology/concepts: vision casting, prayerwalking, prayer journeys/ journeyers, spiritual mapping, synchronized prayers in symbolic territorial locations, identifying/exorcising territorial spirits, redeeming the land, engaging in battle with the Queen of Heaven, city transformation, etc. Their strategies and methodologies were developed in the 1930s at Fuller Theological Seminary. They are ecumenical -- abandoning sound doctrine for religious unity, even partnering with those who reject the inerrancy of Scripture.

IS IT WRONG DOCTRINE THAT THESE PEOPLE TEACH? THAT IS THE QUESTION. MOST ALL HAVE COME ACROSS OUR DESK AS BEING IMPLICATED IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.
