no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly
that the day of the Lord [re: The Seven Year Tribulation
/Millennium ] so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they
shall say, Peace
and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them,
as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. (1
Thessalonians 5:1-3)
[Ednote: Jesus said in His final hours after the resurrection
and prior to re-ascending into Heaven in John 21:14-24
"This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself
to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead. So when
they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas,
lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord;
thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my
lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son
of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou
knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest
thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third
time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest
all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him,
Feed my sheep.
"Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young,
thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but
when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and
another [Holy Spirit] shall gird thee, and carry thee whither
thou wouldest not. This spake he, signifying by what death he
should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto
him, Follow me.
"Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus
loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and
said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee? Peter seeing him
saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do? Jesus saith
unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to
thee? follow thou me. Then went this saying abroad among
the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said
not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry
till I come, what is that to thee? This is the disciple which
testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know
that his testimony is true.
The word 'feed' used in Greek polmaino': to shepherd, tend.
It involves much more than bosko (1006), to feed. It implies
the whole office of the shepherd, guiding, guarding, folding
of the flock as well as leading it to nourishment (Matt. 2:6,
5:2; Luke 17:7; John 21:16; Acts 20:28; 1 Cor. 9:7; 1 Pet. 5:2;
Jude 1:12; Rev. 2:27)
Referring to the First Coming of Jesus, our Shepherd, Matthew
2:6 "And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the
least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a
Governor, that shall rule my people Israel." Matthew 5:2
"And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,.."
Luke 17:7-10 "But which of you, having a servant plowing
or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come
from the field, Go and sit down to meat? And will not rather
say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself,
and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward
thou shalt eat and drink? Doth he thank that servant because
he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. So likewise
ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded
you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that
which was our duty to do."
Acts 20:28 "Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and
to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made
you overseers, to feed the Church of God, which
He hath purchased with His own blood."
1 Peter 5:2 "Feed the flock of God which is among you,
taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly;
not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind [not stomach];"
Jude 1:11-13 "Woe unto them! for they have gone in the
way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam [Why
we use this Scripture: http://www.biblefollower.com/intro.htm]
for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. These are
spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding
themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried
about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice
dead, plucked up by the roots; Raging waves of the sea, foaming
out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the
blackness of darkness for ever."
Revelation 2:27 "And HE [JESUS] shall rule them
with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be
broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father."
Jude 1:22-23 And of some have compassion, making a difference:
And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating
even the garment spotted by the flesh.
Jude 1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto
you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto
you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the
faith which was once delivered unto the saints.
Now if you read these Scriptures they all relate to "feed
my sheep" which is equivalent to the 'Great Commission'.
Do you see anything at all relate to the reformation,
a social reformation, at that, which Rick Warren wants
us to get involved in? I should say not. Jesus said in Matthew
26:11 "For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have
not always."
- Speaking of Antichrist mentioned in the heading of this article,
Nicholas for some 'strange' ?? reason was doing Nicholas Scrolls
# 16 of which I had no clue until it was completed simultaneously
with this article. Guess what, he described the Antichrist, the
second member of the imitation trinity, in the latter part of
the article. We all know who carries the third member of the
imitation trinity?

All those who do not submit to Jesus Christ are prone to the
Antichrist spirit, the Dragaon spirit, since we are all
vessels of one or the other. [Endofnote]

Peace Plan by
Rick Warren
Dear Friends:
This weekend, I will begin teaching the most important series
of messages we've ever taught in 23 years here at Saddleback
church. We believe it is part of the beginning of a Spiritual
Awakening, a Global Movement, a New Reformation.
During the five weekends of November, we'll teach five messages
on the P.E.A.C.E. plan: a strategy to have every small group
in our church, and then tens of thousands of small groups in
other churches, become engaged in solving the five biggest problems
in the world: Spiritual Lostness, Lack of Godly Leaders, Poverty,
Disease, and Lack of Education.
These giant problems are so big that neither the government,
nor all the NGOs (non-government organizations) can tackle them.
There is only one group large enough to tackle these global issues-
the Christian church in all its local expressions around the
world.
Nothing else can compare to the distribution channel of the millions
of churches around the world. Even in villages where you cannot
find a clinic, a store, a school, or a post office, you can often
find a church.
The PEACE Plan will address these five "giant" problems
by Planting new churches... Equipping leaders... Assisting the
poor...Caring for the sick... and Educating the next generation.
These problems, and the answers, are not new. But the way we
intend to tackle them using the small groups of local churches
in large numbers is revolutionary.
Each week in November we'll explain one of the 5 parts of the
plan in detail. We've be listening, praying, and preparing for
this launch for about a year, and we've sought the advice of
respected national Christian leaders around the world. We have
"tweaked" the plans often, and will continue to do
so as we "learn by doing." Now we're ready to share
the plan with our congregation, friends, and other interested
congregations across America.
The bottom line is that we intend to reinvent mission strategy
in the 21st century. As I stated, this will be a new Reformation.
The First Reformation returned us to the message of the original
church. It was a reformation of doctrine - what the church BELIEVES.
This Second Reformation will return us to the mission of the
original church. It will be a reformation of purpose- what the
church DOES in the world.
In the first century, mission strategy was always congregationally
based. The first missionaries were sent, supported, and accountable
to local churches. The church at Antioch was the first to do
this. There were no mission societies, mission boards, or parachurch
organizations. Local churches accepted the responsibility for
Jesus' Great Commission and his Great Commandment, and the growth
of the church worldwide was explosive.
Today, most local churches are sidelined and uninvolved when
it comes to missions. The message from most mission and parachurch
organizations to the local church is essentially "Pray,
pay, and get out of the way." But in the 21st century, Kay
and I intends to help thousands of other local churches to move
back to the frontline in missions, in compassion, and in providing
the social services that historically the church provided. I
believe the proper role for all the great parachurch and relief
organizations is to serve local churches in a supportive role,
offering their expertise and knowledge, but allowing the local
churches around the world to be central focus and the distribution
centers.
I deeply believe that any organization that marginalized or minimizes
the local congregation's responsibility to "Go", or
bypasses the local church's moral authority to fulfill the Great
Commission, is out of sync with the strategy God intended, and
modeled in the book of Acts.
The continuing sales of The Purpose Driven Life are quite amazing.
We are almost at the tipping point where Purpose Driven Life
becomes a national phenomena. It will hit 10 million copies sold
by the end of December and has been on the New York Times hardback
bestsellers longer than any other book this year (40 weeks) A
couple weeks ago I did 6 TV interviews including Fox News Live,
ABC, NBC, and CBN, so this spiritual awakening is starting to
get the attention of the media.
I now believe that know why God is blessing this book in such
an unusual way. It is more than just a message that God wants
to get out to everyone(which is huge). I now also see that God
is using this phenomena to expand the platform for us to mobilize
thousands of local churches for global world missions through
the PEACE plan.
Right now about 5,000 more churches are doing the 40 Day of Purpose
campaign, and now the program has been adopted by corporations
(like Coke and Walmart) sports teams (like the Oakland Raiders
and Green Bay Packers, NASCAR drivers, and the LPGA) schools,
civic clubs, and even prisons. Last week, Paul Harvey told everyone
to go buy a copy of PDL on his ABC radio broadcast. He said "This
is one of the most insightful books I've ever read and I will
read it again...and again...and again." In 2004 we expect
over 15,000 more churches to participate.
The influence of the book keeps amazing me everyday as I get
requests for autographed copies. In today's stack: I signed books
for 1) All the Supreme Court Justices 2) One for Fidel Castro
(!) 3) One for the President of Peru (these last 2 were Spanish
editions), and I recently got a note saying that everyone on
Air Force One was reading the book recently.
But all this is not about us. God's intention is much bigger
than the book. It's all about the global glory of God! We intend
to leverage the attention that the Purpose Driven Life has garnered
to bring about a whole new way of thinking and acting in the
church about our responsibility in the world. This is a stewardship
we must be faithful to fulfill- with humility, generosity, and
integrity
If you'd like to watch the PEACE series on the internet, we've
created a special webpage for you to do so without being needing
a Saddleback membership code.
All you need to do is click on this url www.saddleback.com/peaceplan
. It will launch a page that will give you three options. 1.
You can print an outline of the message. 2. You can watch one
of our 6 weekend services online (times are given, and 3. You
can watch the Archived services of any of the five services you
miss in the PEACE plan series.
God bless you friends.
For the Global Glory of God! rick warren

From Jane:
When I read Rick Warren's peace plan I must say I was deeply
alarmed, especially because of his world wide influence deceives
so many unsuspecting people.
I'd always wondered years ago how it would all come together
into the one world church of the Antichrist and his false prophet.
I now see that Rick Warren and Bill Hybel's are their main agents
and I see a time coming when they will turn the remnant over
and truly believe they are doing a godly service.
Many scriptures came to mind as I read through his glowing plan
and of his extolling PDL success and following:
Isa 48:22 [There is] no peace, saith the LORD, unto the wicked.
Isa 59:8 The way of peace they know not; and [there is] no judgment
in their
goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein
shall not know peace.
Jer 6:14 They have healed also the hurt [of the daughter] of
my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when [there is] no
peace.
Jer 8:11 For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my
people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when [there is] no peace.
Jer 8:15 We looked for peace, but no good [came; and] for a time
of health, and behold trouble!
Jer 12:12 The spoilers are come upon all high places through
the wilderness:
for the sword of the LORD shall devour from the [one] end of
the land even to the [other] end of the land: no flesh shall
have peace.
Jer 14:13 Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, the prophets say
unto them, Ye shall not see the sword, neither shall ye have
famine; but I will give you assured peace in this place.
Jer 16:5 For thus saith the LORD, Enter not into the house of
mourning, neither go to lament nor bemoan them: for I have taken
away my peace from this people, saith the LORD, [even] lovingkindness
and mercies.
Jer 23:17 They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD
hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that
walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall
come upon you.
Jer 30:5 For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling,
of fear, and not of peace.
Eze 7:25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and [there
shall be] none.
Eze 13:10 Because, even because they have seduced my people,
saying, Peace; and [there was] no peace; and one built up a wall,
and, lo, others daubed it with untempered [morter]:
Eze 13:16 [To wit], the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning
Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and [there
is] no peace, saith the Lord GOD.
Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to
prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify [himself] in his heart,
and by peace shall destroy
many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but
he shall be broken without hand.
Mic 3:5 Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make
my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and
he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war
against him.
Oba 1:7 All the men of thy confederacy have brought thee [even]
to the
border: the men that were at peace with thee have deceived thee,
[and] prevailed against thee; [they that eat] thy bread have
laid a wound under thee: [there is] none understanding in him.
Zec 8:10 For before these days there was no hire for man, nor
any hire for beast; neither [was there any] peace to him that
went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all
men every one against his neighbour.
Mat 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I
came not to send peace, but a sword.
Luk 12:51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I
tell you, Nay; but rather division:
1Th 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden
destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child;
and they shall not escape Rev 6:4 And there went out another
horse [that was] red: and [power] was given to him that sat thereon
to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another:
and there was given unto him a great sword.
I hear in his "Peace" plan and Church growth movement
"Peace and Safety" ...
"Change" ... "Global Unity" ... a "One
World" of Prosperity, "Global Glory for God",
which god is he refering to? The god of the UN/ New World Order?
Is the wholePDC, PDL & his peace plan the strong delusion?
I'm deeply concerned & question when he says "I believe
the proper role for all the great parachurch and relief organizations
is to serve local churches in a supportive role, offering their
expertise and knowledge, but allowing the local churches around
the world to be central focus and the distribution centers."
Does that mean they'll be fully in place through Bush's Faith
Based Initiative, then later be the processing places for enemy
combatants (i.e. extremist fundamental believers, such as myself)
to be taken and processed and sent to concentration camps?
I only pray the remnant will waken and cry out and warn as many
as have ears to hear while there is still time.
Contending for the Faith,
Rev 12:11 KJV
"And they overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb, and by
the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto
death."

Pope Wants New International Order to Keep
Peace
Thu January 01, 2004 06:05 AM ET
By Claire Soares
VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - The world needs a "new international
order" to solve its conflicts and ensure peace, Pope John
Paul said in his New Year's Day address on Thursday.
The ghosts of 2003 -- when the United States invaded Iraq without
United Nations approval -- dominated the pope's first speech
of 2004.
"More than ever we need a new international order which
draws on the experience and results of the United Nations,"
the 83-year-old pontiff said at a mass in St Peter's Basilica.
"An order which is capable of finding adequate solutions
to today's problems, based on the dignity of human beings, on
integrating all society, on solidarity between rich and poor
countries, on the sharing of resources and the extraordinary
results of scientific and technological progress," he added.
Speaking at Christendom's largest church, the pope urged people
not to lose hope of finding peace in the Holy Land, which the
Vatican feels is vital to winning the war on terror... (Copyrighted
