Ragging is one of the complicated social problems in our country. Day by day this problem rapidly increases all over the country. A large number of university students, new officers, new teachers, students who represent various fields have been victims of ragging. As a result of this problem, numerous persons suffer, weep, languish and are helpless. Some persons who involves in ragging gain a mental satisfaction oppressing others. Certainly it is totally not a satisfaction and it shows their mental and personal rudeness.

Globalisation prevails in every part of this country and world. Under that situation, everybody becomes a partner of neo-colonialism. Then nobody is concerned about the value of others. All are inclined to evaluate each one.
