(Translated from German to English) Invisible weapons total monitoring and control by microwaves
of Grazyna Fosar and Franz Bludorf in the year 1984 should according
to George Orwell the rule of "Big Brother" begin. Today,
twenty years later, a scientific conference in Germany to light
brought that the employment of high frequency microwave radiation
is many more frightening and also more effective than Orwells
vision. The frequency lie in July 2004 took place at the University
of Magdeburg the international conference "Euroem 2004"
("euro Electromagnetics"). To the language the newest
technological developments in the area of electromagnetic frequencies
came, particularly in the microwave range. Also the group of
topics of biological effects found broad area. Completely in
contrast by the way to the public discussion in the mass media,
where such effects are gladly played down or denied. The results
of the conference of Magdeburg are clear: Scientists and military
know very exactly, what electromagnetic frequencies can cause
with humans and environment, also within the athermischen range,
which one cannot get with the help of the much discussed (and
in truth perfectly unreasonable)"limit
values" under any circumstances into the grasp. And which
the worst is: By During the meetings the persons were tested extensively on their cognitive functions. In addition belonged the response time, the ability, to set memories to each other in relationship the selective visual attention, the ability, with two things to be occupied at one time (so-called binarily tasking), as well as the ability to filter irrelevant information from the perception. After the meeting the test persons had to then fill out still another questionnaire to their subjective presentness, as it is used in similar form also for the investigation of stress factors. In the case of the UMTS frequencies (2100 MHz) a high-significant difference between the genuine irradiation and the "placebo meeting" resulted at both groups of tests. With the GSM frequencies (900 MHz) the difference was pronounced less. Clear conclusion of the scientists: "null hypothesis - that thus the radiation an effect does not have - had to be rejected." [ 2 ] In the plain language is called: The radiation of mobile phone masts (at least in the case of the UMTS standard) disturbs the cognitive functions of human perception. Response time and concentration ability are impaired more badly, those ability for comparing and rating information. The taken up radiating power per 10 g body fabrics at the head with the test persons computed itself to approximately 0.08 mW/kg, lay thus by far underneath the legally prescribed limit values. Also from this the scientists drew an unmistakable conclusion: "therefore it the possibility of a thermal effect can be regarded as a cause of the observed effects as improbable." [ 3 ] In addition we write in our new book "in the net of the frequencies": "the actual danger of the portable radio does not proceed from the thermal effect, thus the over warming of the illuminated body fabric. Instead one must consider the athermischen effects of this radiation, e.g. the fact that mobile phone radiation is modulated and/or pulsed that thus thereby information will transfer which likewise steps with the brain and the body cells into reciprocal effect. These information samples are however perfectly independent of the transferred signal strength and arise with each form of portable radio inevitably, because otherwise no discussions could be transferred with the radio waves. The ernuechternde result is: These athermischen effects of portable radio waves remain, no matter how high or like low one the limit values set... "- a scientific fact, which was officially denied so far and which unfortunately also many environmental protection organizations and citizens' initiatives yet not to have understood, how the statements on handbills and election posters prove. Why is the public still deceived over such facts? Does it concern only, economic interests, e.g. from portable radio offerers to protect from possible complaints from the population? Who thinks in such a way, remains at the surface of the problem. The fact that to the Euroem conference also many representatives of the military and international arms companies were represented, as well as the topics of numerous lectures prove that a development came long into rolling, in order to use frequency technologies for the world-wide implementation of the perfect monitoring state. Break-through in the weapon technology "microwave weapons are the largest break-through in the weapon technology since the development of the atom bomb." This quotation originates directly from the pentagon. Apart from laser beams high frequency microwaves (HPM = High power of microwaves) belong to the most important "added" for arranged energy weapons (Directed Energy Weapons, DEW). There is to a large extent deadly not working weapon systems, which are against the electronic infrastructure of a country, in addition, directly applicable against humans. [ 4 ] Microwave weapons do not work loudless, them destroy buildings and leave no Bombenkrater. Last therefore they "are not surveyed generous" by most journalists. In addition, they can penetrate and on large distance with an impact of computer networks or telecommunications plants spaciously lamely put thick brick-work in this way. With such technologies one thinks naturally only of applications in the war. This is however a dangerous false estimate. On the Euroem conference also numerous technologies came to the language, which are suitable for the employment in the range police and law. Officially this is provided naturally always with the reason, it serves excluding "the fight of the organized criminality" or "the international terrorism". Our searches resulted in however that these statements are wrong. Straight ones also in Germany are long built such devices and offered in large sized advertising advertisements in the technical literature. In Magdeburg met everything that has rank and name within the range of the microwave engineering. Thus this conference was gesponsert not only from institutions to the economics and science promotion e.g. the German research council (DFG), the federation of German engineers (VDI) or the federation of electro-technology (VDE), but also by the German Federal Armed Forces procurement office, the European Office OF Aerospace Research and development of the U. S. Air Force and Los Alamos national the Laboratories. To the exhibitors also internationally acting arms enterprises belonged as for instance the German companies Diehl and Rhine metal, which cooperate since short within the range microwave engineering. [ 6 ] Microwave weapons against cars we know it all from American Actionfilmen or from our own messages: The police tries to place a suspecting, flees in the car on the motorway, and it begins a wild pursuit. With the help of the technology developed by Dr. Giri a particularly equipped police car is actual able to stop a car driving before it with the help of an arranged microwave jet. On the present conditions this succeeds to the technology up to a distance of 50 meters! The construction of the equipment is quite simple and essentially consists of a battery and a number of connected in series condensers, which can store a high electrical charge. On push of a button one can pass this compressed electricity on to an antenna, which is installed on the roof of the police car. The antenna produced thereupon a closely focused jet of high frequency microwaves, which is directed toward the ahead-driving car. As soon as this high frequency energy beam meets electronics of the car, it induces therein further electrical discharges, which disturb the function of these aggregates. The attack arranges itself in particular approximately microchip, which steer the fuel injection. As soon as these are paralyzed, the engine receives no more gasoline, the car unrolls slowly and comes to a halt. In addition, other electronic construction units of the car, e.g. the starter, can be switched off with the help of such an attack or even destroyed. The method functions naturally only with cars, which are not older than maximally ten years. Dr. Giri announces, a prototype should in the summer next yearly be finished. But in the reality such systems are long in the use.
That is, the jet cannot become also more the inside one the car weakened, diverted or shielded. Already smaller energies are sufficient. In addition this variant is also more inconspicuous. The necessary equipments are accommodated in the rear of a minibus invisibly and radiate directly by the body to the rear. The remarkable antenna on the roof is redundant. The following scenario played itself thereafter - reliably occupied and by KFZ mechanics testified - already several times on the roads of German large cities off: During a completely normal drive by the city the engine begins abruptly without recognizable reason to lose at travel. The car continues to roll still some meters, comes then to a halt and cannot also again be started. At the same time it comes with the occupants to physical complaints (e.g. feelings of dizziness, heartbeat disturbances). Carried ones mobile phones indicate that the SIM map is blocked, so that it is impossible the passengers to call a breakdown service. Only if one departs with the mobile phone several meters from the car, it functions suddenly again. The called for help during a breakdown examines the battery - it is correct. Nevertheless the car can not be started and must into the workshop be dragged. There it is e.g. stated that the starter is completely through-scorched. According to information of the mechanic he did not see "such a thing ever". With the cars concerned it concerned throughout newer models of the upper middle class, which were in a technically perfect condition.

The patented technology uses the conductivity of the human body, which is not very strong, but is sufficient perfectly, in order to be able to in this way transfer also electromagnetic waves and concomitantly information. So the following scenario might not become one any longer far daily reality: They go to the physician and enter the consulting room. The physician goes toward you and gives you the hand. A greeting ritual, so daily for us all that we hardly take of it note. In this moment however with this hand impact a complete file will transfer from you to the physician, whom contains all important data of your person - Vorerkrankungen, factors of risk, genetic preloadings, medicine allergies etc..  Sounds good? Perhaps, but you would still dare in such a world to give also to your boss the hand? Would this be the first crucial step to glaesernen humans? How does that function at all? The US patent specification NR. it describes 6,754,472 in all details: The "apparatus", thus the invention, is essentially a network to send an electromagnetic signal consisting of 1. to equipment, which is able, 2. equipment, which is able, an electromagnetic signal to receive 3. the body of an organism, as well as which makes a leading connection between first and the second equipment communication between both made possible. The example with the hand vibrating is thus not at all so far fetched, because in computer science one calls procedures for the controlling of communication between different components of a network already for a long time "handshake". In practice looks in such a way: The patient carries a small chip with itself - not necessarily as "implant", but completely simply in the jacket pocket. Main thing, it exists a leading connection to its skin. The physician has a small computer, about a Organizer, a Palmtop or somewhat a like in his bag. By the hand impact the electric circuit between the computer of the physician and the chip of the patient will become closed, the data will transfer and will be able from the physician on the computer completely to be then seen. At first sight one could say, the procedure differs not substantially from the possibilities, which hold also the today's smart cards of the health insurance companies. That is already correct. The difference is rather qualitative nature: With this new procedure one can be safe never, who draws off one when the personal data, if one carries its chip with itself. The decision, whether one must that, will not have surely to meet the citizen! The Microsoft procedure is very universally put on. It makes also the transmission possible of acoustic waves, thus audible information (e.g. alarm tones) as well as electromagnetic waves, both with similar and with digital data coding. Of similar coding one speaks, if "an electromagnetic wave looks produced (becomes), those exactly the same like the acoustic wave... The electromagnetic wave is thus similar to the producing acoustic wave... During the digital data communication... the necessity is void to copy a natural signal. It simply the data, like that as it are, as "bits and bytes" passed on." (quotes from Fosar/Bludorf: In the net of the frequencies). After information of the Microsoft company one wanted to only secure oneself the license rights at a promising method there, has however allegedly neither functional prototypes to be present nor any plans to develop such. For economic reasons that can be even convincing, but other place one a "David" took up the contest with the "Goliath" from Bavaria long from Seattle. The "David" is the company Ident Technology from Wessling in Bavaria, a small business with six coworkers (Microsoft employs 56.000 people and has a research budget of approximately five billion dollar). In view of the publication now also Ident Technology boss Peter Rosenbeck stepped the patenterteilung at Microsoft by the media to the public. It that its company has long a production stage version of this technology, it cannot stated only demonstrate it even in practice everyone. The Microsoft patent lets examine the self-confident little businessman in the meantime by its lawyers. Rosenbeck also makes clear that there are still some technical difficulties. Like that at present the data transmission rates are still very small and lie with approximately 10.000 bits per second (corresponds somewhat more than one kilobyte). Thus one cannot surfen yet reasonably in the InterNet, but each humans, who worked already once on the PC with a text processing program such as Microsoft Word, know that one can store evenly approximately thousand indications in a kilobyte a great deal data -. The data communication of disease risks to the physician (or the personnel chief!) are thus quite already possible. Data transmission rates of up to some hundreds k-bit per second over the human skin are considered as technically realizable. That is nevertheless already half of the achievement of a present DSL InterNet connection! It is not even necessary to carry the transmission chip on the bare skin or in the body as implant so the father of the Bavarian variant of this technology, professor Peter Fasshauer of the University of Munich. The data could be well transmitted also still from some centimeters distance to the skin. So far pass on the electrical aura of humans, thus to professor Fasshauer. Amazingly, with what classical, established scientists are occupied already in such a way nowadays, not truely? Such terms would have been dismissed still a few years ago as "esoterisch". Today they form the basis of the "beautiful new electronics world". If one addresses by the way Peter Rosenbeck on the fact that this invention sounds also completely beautifully threatening, one keeps the "reassuring" information, the rivers flowing during the data communication prompt is too weak, in order to cause damage in the body - smaller than with a quartz clock. Whereupon one can answer three: 1. Who actually says that a quartz clock for the health is innocuous? 2. As soon as someone stresses that any technology keeps "existing limit values", should one become anyway hellhoerig (to the unreasonableness of limit values see above). 3. The actually threatening at this technology, i.e. the possibility of creating glaesernen humans who can be questioned intensively uncontrolled and unnoticed at any time, displaced Mr. caution for the sake of Rosenbeck directly. Accompanying graphics from the Microsoft patent clarifies schematically, as in opinion of the inventors in the future "optimally humans" verkabelte - thus the "Homo will look electronicus".
In order to be able to estimate the whole effects of such technologies, one must set it among themselves in relationship. The human body is here not only data memory and transmitter, with the help of one - today's or future - mobile phone can one it already soon also from the distance its personal data draw off. Mobile phone proves in the reason as the key technology for the surface covering monitoring of the population.
Bizarrer extra service nevertheless which one can do, that can do also different one. And thus we come to the other side the medal that humans with the mobile phone of the surface covering monitoring delivered themselves nearly helplessly. After particularly in England the large portable radio network carriers would already fulfill the European Union guidelines in the year 2003, they considered whether the new possibilities could not be also still differently profitably used, by passing item data on of the mobile phone-benutzers also to private service bureaus. For example a tourist, who walks by London, with its mobile phone can select a service number. The service bureau determines, where it is, and can return the delivery then different useful information to it: Where are the next cinema, the next China restaurant or the next taxi conditions? Whom that is not sufficient yet, which can itself let register also with a Dating service. If one is then in the city on the Pirsch, it is sufficient, to call the service bureau. Due to the determined own position one experiences, where the next likewise registered participant is. An automated DATE - for Boys and Girls. One falls back thus to ideas from the ranges of social plays, in order to make for humans the new services tasty. Who needs still more Action - or anyway already durchgedated is -, which can participate even in a mobile phone-gestuetzten pursuit. The Stockholm company "It's Alive" offers such modern detective plays already. In this way the fellow players can pursue themselves mutually cross and crosswise by the city, by using completely simply their mobile phones. A fun not only for young people, but also for some adults. And where does the privatsphaere remain? The offerers of the new mobile phone-dienstleistungen protest to work only with the geographical positions of the participants so that the whole thing is perfectly anonymous.

Since on the other hand the portable radio network carriers are legally obligated to store the data of their contract customers one is in good faith dependent when such stating. It is, one switches off its mobile phone on the way short hand, or one buys a mobile phone with Prepaid map. In this case one is also focusable, can however in any case remain anonymous, like the Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig in a test case determined (Az: BVerwG 6 C 23.02). About 50% all mobile phone-nutzer in Germany use such Prepaid maps by the way already. Are the asseverations of private net offerers, it how reliable their customers "perfectly anonymous" would focus? For this one must more exactly analyze only the services, which offer her in such a way and which at first sight look often also quite lucrative. Thus there are network operators, that offer its contract customer so-called Homezones for example. What means that? The customer specifies an address with conclusion of a contract as "Homezone" (usually his private address). Whenever he telephones within a radius of 500 meters around this address with his mobile phone, he pays not the expensive portable radio fees, but the favorable fixed net tariff. One is even very generous, because in practice the Homezone continues to extend usually even many as the guaranteed 500 meters. "I know, where you are!
In the USA for example a large-scale data base cross-linking between police, authorities and private economy might belong already shortly to the everyday life. Trip was that the US senate had tilted the project in July 2003 "totally information Awareness" the Pentagon Forschungsbehoerde DARPA. In our book "error in the matrix" we write in addition: "the name ("total information perception") speaks in the reason for itself. This project is concerned with co-ordination strategies and operational sequences with the procurement and evaluation of information. It is very instructive and recommendable, the sequence of the procedure to remember exactly... " The plans of the military strategists for the total monitoring of the population had too far gone to even conservative senators - thus one zauberte fast a somewhat smaller spare project from the hat: The US project "MATRIX". A perfectly new data base and inquiry system are to now make it possible to reach by connecting conventional volume of data of police, authorities and private economy the same. With "interlaced intelligence" one creates evenly more than with old-fashionable hierarchies! The name of the new project speaks volumes: "Multistate anti- Terrorism information Exchange", shortened: MATRIX! [ 10 ] In the last months the following strange history has itself to course-carry in Berlin: Two men were with the car in the city on the way. When they continued briefly briefly at a public parking lot before an office building, suddenly a Mercedes stopped behind them, coming from another direction, of which a man, about center forty, stepped out. It went to the car both and photographed it several times with a photo mobile phone. Subsequently, it began to threaten it: "we will have still with one another to do!". Then it continued again. The two men were not to a firm appointment on the way, but undertook completely simply a walking travel without a firm goal. Nobody could have known, where they would be at a certain time. Nearly identical experiences were reported us also by readers from other cities. They have all one together: A surprise effect as well as a person, which seemed to expect the passengers of a certain car at a certain place. The "Bedroher" could be well expressed, carried Business-kleidung and drove a salient automark. The incidents let assume that the concerning had been focused with the help of their mobile phones. We consider it impossible that police member would have to do nothing better than harmless citizens to pursue or (see above) their cars to stop, only in order new microwave technologies to try out. Secret service coworkers against it tend to arise more inconspicuously according to experience and to drive e.g. inconspicuous small cars. Who thus should have then however still access to the mobile phone data of the citizens? Among experts there is information, according to which the armaments industry for horrende sums of money assigns private people to test their new technologies in the field test. At whom these tests take place, afterwards usually not for a long time one asks. [ 11 ] Should one be thus better mobile phone to abolish? Absolutely nothing is useful! Celldar - a completely new technology with Celldar we enter a new dimension mobile phone-gestuetzter safeguards methods. The method is single, cheaply and might - in contrast to the oft-quoted truck duty - even function. And which the most important is: One cannot only supervise thereby mobile phone-besitzer, but every other humans also, if one, even Nachbars shepherd dog or the hare from the next city park wants. Its radiated signal is then reflected however by our body or disturbed anyhow in any way. Celldar analyzes these disturbances and adjusts it with government inspection department data, whereby an accurate positioning for the object is possible, which had reflected the radar jet. Objects the jet moved there differently disturb than static, can differentiate Celldar also between humans, animals, vehicles on the side and for instance trees or buildings on the other side. For an exact recognition or identification of focused humans the dissolution is not sufficient according to data of the companies taken part in Celldar at present. One is to be able to keep car models apart however also on the today's state of the art already. To the developers belong to this technology among other things. Roke Manor Research, a Siemens daughter, the British aviation company British Airways as well as in America the arms company Lockheed Martin. Already this list lets assume that with the technology also military interests are in the play. Consequently one found a reference that "the technology will be suitable for it, until recently to the homepage von Roke Manor also vehicles and humans on distance usable for military purposes to locate." In the meantime this reference disappeared already again dezent. Instead the advantages of the system are praised. As passive radar Celldar does not radiate own signals. The system has thereby also hardly energy consumption, it is cheaply, there it into an infrastructure already existing (surface covering mobile phone masts) to latch itself can, it is easily miniaturizable, and - which the most important is probably - it cannot be located even. Whom always one supervises with Celldar, he does not have a chance to determine. The follow-up conference of the Euroem 2004 becomes 2006 in Albuquerque, new Mexico, takes place, thus in the center of the American energy weapon research (s. also Abb. 2). the results of a double-blind study were presented to 1 in such

TNO Physics and Electronics Laboratory of the University of the
Hague and the Health Council of the Netherlands. [ 1 ] Two groups
were suspended by test persons microwaves in the frequency range
of 900 and 2100 MHz, how they are radiated also from portable
radio end masts after the GSM standard and/or after the new UMTS
standard. The peak loads were with 1 V/m. A group of tests consisted
of persons, who complained about health complaints, for a whose
cause it electrical smog of portable radio masts in suspicion
had. The other group of tests consisted of persons without such
complaints. In order to guarantee and autosuggestive influences
switch a possible significance off of the results, the test persons
in a control meeting were not at all illuminated.
