(Catholicism is the unoffical religion of the EU). Although the final aim, is a multi-faith mish-mash, opposed to Biblical Christianity. Sadly, the vast majority is totally unaware to what is going on, having been fed by a totally controlled media, and Television etc; aimed at dulling the mind. Manchester, England I have had some emails responding to my msg about the 300 Notices, all saying they have heard nothing about Nice. So here is a quick summary: We have lost control of our fishing grounds - and we are an island nation, or we were. The CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) has created lakes of wine, mountains of butter, and our farmers are committing suicide. Europe can over-ride our Parliament, our courts - already. Our passports were changed to maroon, and they propose to remove all national identity from passports; we are now citizens of Europe - so is the Queen, just an ordinary person. Aid to other countries goes (much of it) through Brussels, and gets lost on the way. (5 billion a year unaccounted for, sleaze.) There is not much left. The Treaty of Nice will end our common law, habeas corpus; we shall be guilty until we can prove innocence; our police and armed forces will be absorbed into a Europol and Euro-army. They intend to start a European Public Prosecutor. We now elect MPs. In Europe the top lot, the Commission, is NOT elected. If we lose the, the Euro is controlled by unelected bankers. We shall be governed in regions (they already sliced up the county of Lancashire to take out "Merseyside" and "Greater Manchester"), and instead of being run from Westminster, my area will be part of the "N.W.Region" (which matches the BBC areas already) with a new Assembly in Preston answerable to Brussels. The "region with Kent includes Calais in France. Scotland is a region, Wales is a region - of Europe. They will probably keep parliament open because so many MPs like their income! but it will be a jelly talking shop. We shall have no freedom of the press. Political parties will be vetted and if approved, funded; but if not approved (i.e. Opposition) will be "suspended". Freedom: R.I.P. And most people have no idea. This is all part of dividing the world into big regions, of which NAFTA is yours. One on your list had never heard of NAFTA! Blair etc. will not listen to us. The more he goes on about "The People", the less do we count.
