God’s word is unchanging:

Yes Jesus warned His disciples (Christian, not non-Christians).
He who who healed the sick, cast out demons and died on the cross
for all men is the Judgmental Jesus who is coming as a Judge"And
I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat
upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he
doth judge and make war. (Revelation 19:11)
(KJV) This is something that many men
forget that God judges people, even His own people in the current
time of life. Yes, "The LORD will judge His people."
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
"For if we sin wilfully after that we have received
the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice
for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery
indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised
Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of
how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy,
who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted
the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy
thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? For we
know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will
recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his
people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living

- :: GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams, who founded
this ministry, were Mormons (Temple Mormons part of the time)
for 20 years. We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry
speaking out against Scientology. Six months later God led us
to the truth: out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at
the time we were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20
years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry.
- We are fundamental Bible students and have left all worldly
organizations.
- The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had
to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.
- To understand what is happening, one has to know the Bible
to compare notes.

The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend to prove that we are moving to closure of the times of
the Gentiles.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.
- Watchmen on the wall do not solicit memberships. We have
an email group that gets information when we upload new information
and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God
has created but especially those who love our Lord and Savior,

 JOHN PAUL ADDS 30 NEW PRINCES
TO COLLEGE OF CARDINALS
The Tampa Tribune, October 22, 2003. During the past week, as
scores of cardinals descended on Vatican City to celebrate his
25th anniversary as pope and watch their ranks expand, the dynamics
that could determine the next pope came into sharper focus.
- Those factors range from the philosophical to the practical
and go well beyond divine inspiration,
even though cardinals often express confidence that the Holy
Spirit will guide them to their choice.
- ``It's not that he's sitting on the shoulder
of every cardinal to blow in his ear what to do,''
said Cardinal Godfried Danneels of Belgium, who is often mentioned
as a possible candidate for pope. ``That's
for children."

- ARCHBISHOP ELEVATED TO CARDINAL
 The archbishop will be among 31
new cardinals
Scottish archbishop Keith O'Brien has been declared a cardinal
by the Pope at a ceremony in Rome.
Cardinal O' Brien was one of 31 new appointments to the College
of Cardinals whose ultimate responsibility is to appoint a successor
to Pope John Paul II.
'Important recognition'
- The ceremony took place on the steps of St Peter's Basilica
in the Vatican.
- Speaking in Rome, before the ceremony, Cardinal O'Brien said:
"I think it is vitally important for every Scots person
that Scotland is represented at the highest level in the church's
deliberations.
- "And I think that members of other denominations and
some people of no faith at all appreciate that as well.
- "It says something for our country, and for the church
in our country, that Pope John Paul II and his advisers decided
that again there should be a cardinal in Scotland."
The event will take place at St Peter's Basilica
- News of the Pope's intention to elevate the archbishop of
St Andrews and Edinburgh to the position has thrust him into
the media spotlight in Scotland in recent weeks.
- At a press conference in Rome on Monday, he denied reports
he had called for the church to debate celibacy, contraception
and homosexuality at a mass in Edinburgh, just days after his
appointment was announced. He then pledged his allegiance
to the Pope.

- Events worldwide have overtaken us and of necessity, 'Days

found confidence in absolute moral truth had dropped to a mere

- EVANGELICAL SWAY WHITE HOUSE ON HUMANS RIGHTS ISSUES ABROAD
Washington, October 25, 2003 — Shortly after George W. Bush
took office, an odd coalition came to the White House to see
Karl Rove, the president's powerful political adviser, to ask
that the United States intercede in the civil war in Sudan. The
group included Charles W. Colson, the born-again Christian who
spent seven months in jail for his role in Watergate, and David
Saperstein, a Reform rabbi and a longtime lobbyist for liberal
causes in Washington.
- The two-decades-long war in Sudan was not a front-burner
problem for the new administration, and Mr. Rove was not a foreign
policy adviser. But the religious strife between Christians and
Muslims in a conflict that had killed two million people was
of enormous concern to American religious groups, particularly
the evangelicals who make up a major portion of President Bush's
electoral base.
- Mr. Rove, the participants in the meeting recalled, was unusually
receptive during a nearly hour long conversation. "He made
it clear how seriously the administration was going to engage
on this," said Rabbi Saperstein, director of the Religious

- THY WILL BE DONE
- The Rockefeller-led effort to conquer the Amazon and exploit
its natural riches had been made possible in no small measure
by SIL's missionary activities. Colby and Dennett found a historic
parallel in John D. Rockefeller, Sr.'s support for Christian
missionaries in the American west, who were compiling extremely
useful information on Native American communities, which were
potential sources of opposition to the entrance of Standard Oil
into their lands.' As a bonus, the evangelization process weakened
the American Indians' social structure and so undermined their
resolve to fight for their rights. The authors quote Baptist
reverend Frederick Gates, who for many years was John D. Rockefeller
Sr.'s right-hand man, as saying that "We are only
in the very dawn of commerce, and we owe that dawn to the
channels opened up by Christian missionaries.... The
effect of the missionary enterprise of the English speaking peoples
will be to bring them the peaceful conquest of the world."
- On the other hand, it is also true that SIL's mission was
greatly helped by the Rockefellers and the industrial development
process that they were such an important part of. SIL's
missionaries believe that when the last tribe in the jungles
is evangelized, the Second Coming of the Lord will take place;
so for them the race to develop the Amazon basin's natural resources
is only a means to an end. In practice, this symbiotic relationship between commercial exploitation
and Christian fundamentalism was a match made
in hell that spelled doom for native peoples and the rainforests
they inhabited.

- THOUGHTS OF MAN MUST BE TRANSFORMED TO CAUSE A PARADIGM SHIFT
- Modern mystical movements are convinced that if a one
world government and a one world religion are to see
fruition, then the thoughts of man must be transformed.
This "paradigm shift"
is a change in consciousness, a change in the way man perceives,
thinks, and conceives values. It is a spiritual, cultural, global
and personal change. Man's view of
life, God,

according to the new view of reality. Willis Harman, president

judgment of God? Ecological programs are good. Peace is needed.
Education is a necessity. A transformation is needed for all
mankind and this transformation must occur within man, but can
the judgment of God be diverted
by such a transformation? Occultist Elizabeth Clare Prophet doesn't
believe in a personal God or the judgment of God; but she believes
that if a man summons the mighty I Am Presence that is within,
he would be able to turn back personal and planetary Karma. (5)
But what she fails to admit is
that the mighty I Am Presence is not self
but the God of the Bible.

- FIRST AFRICAN ELECTED GENERAL SECRETARY OF WORLD COUNCIL
OF CHURCHES
- Geneva (ENI). The main governing body of the World Council
of Churches has elected the WCC's first African general secretary,
the Rev. Sam Kobia of the Methodist Church in Kenya. Kobia will
take office in January and succeeds Dr Konrad Raiser, of the
Evangelical Church in Germany, who has served for 11 years. The
election took place behind closed doors at a session of the WCC's
central committee in which the 134 voting members considered
two candidates presented by a search committee: Kobia and Canon

- US federal funding for church upkeep
marks new policy on religious sites
- New York (ENI). US federal funds are being made available
to help preserve historic churches and other places of worship
- a reversal of existing policy based on a reading of the US
constitution's separation of church and state. The new policy
was announced in May by Gale Norton, the US Secretary of the
Interior, at one of the most historic church buildings in the
United States - the 280-year-old Georgian-style Old North Church

- (ENI). For the first time, one of Rome's pontifical universities,
which have a special status granted by the Vatican, is to get

professors, is being inaugurated on Wednesday at the Pontifical
University of St Thomas Aquinas in Rome during a ceremony attended
by Cardinal Walter Kasper, president of the Pontifical Council

- THE SWORD OF THE PROPHET
- Our political leaders tell us that Muslims are a peace-loving
and hospitable people. We are admonished not to condemn Islam
because of the acts of a tiny and fanatical minority. As a people,
we are conditioned to be fair-minded and tolerant. We pride ourselves
on our acceptance of diversity and the reality of a multicultural
society. Many of us have children or grandchildren who go to
school with Muslim children. This does not intimidate us; on
the contrary, many of us look upon it as the way of the future.
Yet, at the same time, we are uneasy.
- We are uneasy because of an intuitive sense that many of
the adherents of this religion seem out of step with the modern
world. The beheading of apostates, the chopping-off of the hands
and feet of convicted criminals, the stoning to death of women
accused of adultery, including those who have been raped—such
barbaric practices disturb us. When a Muslim cleric broadcasts
a television message to Palestinians, exhorting them to martyr
themselves for Allah’s sake and urging them to annihilate
Jews, we are rightly concerned. These acts seem more indicative
of a seriously dysfunctional society than the characteristics
of a benevolent and merciful religion.

- CHURCHES RECOGNIZED AS 'REAL FORCE' IN EU CONSTITUTION
Warsaw (ENI). A top European church official has welcomed the
text of a draft constitution for the European Union to be presented
to an EU summit starting on Friday. The constitution, drawn up
by a convention of European politicians chaired by former French
President Valery Giscard d'Estaing, is intended to streamline
the 15-nation EU so that it can deal with the influx of up to

- ARCHBISHOP OF CANTERBURY SAYS CHURCH UNALTERED BY SELECTION
OF GAY BISHOP
- London (ENI). The archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams,
has broken his silence over the controversial appointment of
Jeffrey John, an openly gay priest, as a bishop of the Church
of England by declaring that it does not alter the Anglican Communion
stance on homosexuality. Williams has previously expressed sympathy
with homosexual relationships, but as leader of the Anglican
Communion he has said he would uphold the decision of the 1998
Lambeth Conference of the world's Anglican bishops, which rejected
"homosexual practice" as being "incompatible with

- ARCHBISHOP CANTERBURY AFFIRMS SUPPORT FOR ANGLICAN WOMEN
BISHOPS TRONDHEIM, NORWAY
- (ENI). The archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams, has
reaffirmed his personal support for the consecration of women
as bishops in the Church of England, but said the final decision
rested with the church as a whole. "I cannot find any theological
objection myself to women becoming bishops if we accept women
becoming priests, said Williams, the leader of the Anglican Communion,
at a European church gathering in Trondheim. [ENI-07-02-2003]

- NEW YORK FAMILIES TO RALLY AGAINST GROUND ZERO MONUMENT
- New York (ENI). Why you might ask, would Lee Ielpi, a retired
New York firefighter whose son was one of the 343 firefighters
who died on 11 September two years ago, be involved in a protest
against the building of a monument at Ground Zero? "We just
want to preserve that one special area," Ielpi told ENI,
whose son Jonathan was killed on the day which still leaves visible
mental and physical scars on so many New Yorkers and other Americans.
People who lost family members in the 2001 World Trade Center
attack are planning a gathering on 10 September to oppose plans
for rebuilding the area where the towers collapsed to the ground;
land considered sacred because of the remains of victims that

- INDIAN SUPREME COURT RULING ON CONVERSION LAW A 'SETBACK'
SAY CHRISTIANS
- New Delhi (ENI). Church groups have expressed disappointment
over a Supreme Court decision that in effect permits governmental
authorities to prevent people from changing faiths. The court
on 1 September ruled that there was "no fundamental right
to convert" someone from one religion to another, and that
the government could impose restrictions on conversions. [ENI-09-09-03]

- EPISCOPAL CHURCH OF US APPROVED OPENLY GAY BISHOP
- New York (ENI). A majority in the House of Bishops of the
Episcopal Church of the United States has approved the election
of the church's first openly gay bishop following a sensational
turn in the final countdown to the vote that threatens a split
in the world Anglican community. The Rev. V. Gene Robinson was
approved as a bishop in New Hampshire with 62 votes in his favour
and 43 against him, while two bishops did not vote. Robinson
needed only a simple majority to be elected. [ENI-06 August 2003]

- ARCHBISHOP OF CANTERBURY WARNS SNAP DECISIONS ON GAY BISHOP
- London (ENI). The Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams,
has appealed to Anglican churches throughout the world not to
rush into decisions after the openly gay Canon Gene Robinson
was confirmed as a bishop in the United States. "It is my

[church congress] was a great step forward on the path of Christian
ecumenism," Hans Joachim Meyer, one of the event's co-presidents,
told worshipers. "No one can tear apart what now unites

is not an added-extra for Christians, not a hobby for a few people,"
said Cardinal Walter Kasper, president of the Pontifical Council

the summit of the Group of Eight nations in Evian, France, which

the most industrialized nations, also known as the G-8. "We
see the G-8 as an illegitimate group because they were not elected
by anybody to rule the world," said Rogate Mshana, economy
and justice programme executive for the World Council of Churches,
at the Ecumenical Centre in Geneva, about 40 kilometres from

PROTESTS
- New Delhi (ENI). Films depicting the life of Mother Teresa
have angered some Christians and her supporters in India, leading
to the dropping of one documentary from a festival to mark the
nun's beatification. At a meeting chaired by Roman Catholic Archbishop
Lucas Sirkar of Calcutta it was decided to drop the documentary,
Hell's Angel, from the festival programme. Based on British author
Christopher Hitchen's book, The Missionary Position: Mother Teresa
in Theory and Practice, it will not be on the list of films screened

production of his controversial film "The Passion of Christ,"
the actor he cast as Jesus was struck by lightning, Variety reports.
Not only was Jim Caviezel hit, but assistant director Jan Michelini
was struck twice. In one instance, Caviezel and Michelini were
together under the latter's umbrella when they were zapped. "I'm
about a hundred feet away from them, when I glance over and see
lightning coming out of Caviezel's ears. Both Caviezel and Michelini
got struck," producer Steve McEveety said. "The main
bolt hit Caviezel and one of its forks hit Michelini's umbrella."
Months earlier, Michelini had also been hit while carrying an
umbrella, Variety reports. Neither man was hurt in the incidents.

by Gibson, "Passion" has stirred controversy for months.
Christian leaders and conservative pundits who've attended invitation-only
screenings have called the movie a masterpiece and praised its
fidelity to the Gospels, while such Jewish organizations as the
Anti-Defamation League have expressed fears that the movie blames
the Jews for Christ's execution and will spark anti-Semitic violence.
Gibson has had difficulty finding a U.S. distributor, but on
Thursday, he confirmed what had been rumored for a week: that
the film would be released in America on Ash Wednesday (Feb.
25) by indie studio Newmarket. The terms of the deal grant limited
rights to Newmarket, the distributor behind such indie successes
as "Memento" and "Whale Rider," to handle
the booking and promotion of "Passion" in return for
a percentage of the gross. Newmarket partner and co-founder William
Tyrer told the New York Times his company was "uniquely
qualified to carefully handle" the movie's marketing challenges,
adding: "We wouldn't be supporting it if it was anti-Semitic."

I Regime and had even received a letter of commendation signed
by George Bush Sr. in which he publicly sang his praises. Burton
said that was just politics, and Jennings asked him. Congressman,
isn’t that what you’re doing here. And Burton became
befuddled right on the air. Furthermore you see that CNN and
MSNBC are saying that Karl Rove has done this before. They mentioned
the fact that Rove held the same position he now holds during
the Bush I Regime: senior political advisor and liaison to the
RNC. It’s the exact same position.
- IS AMERICA BEYOND THE POINT OF NO RETURN?

- The recent WSJ/ NBC poll reported that overall Bushonian support
has slipped below 50% for the first time since the Bush Cheney
Regime was selected. Interestingly enough, they reported in a
comparison poll (the so-called heads up comparison poll) that
Bush-Cheney support showed 42% vs. “any generic unnamed”
Democrat at 40%. In other words, Bush is only 2% ahead of a generic
unnamed Democrat and six out of the ten declared Democrats are
between 3% and 10% ahead of him, Wesley Clark having the most.
The reason for these numbers is that 83% of the respondents who
say they’re voting for a Democrat don’t say they’re
voting for a Democrat but they’re voting against a Bush.
This is (and should be) encouraging to the Democrats because
the only way a Democrat could win is if there’s a big enough
anti-Bush vote. Not a pro-Democrat vote, but an anti Bush vote.
There has to be a generalized backlash against Bush.

- July 21, 2003 - Our readers should be warned about an amendment
that Congressman Richard Baker, Republican from Louisiana and
a member of the Bush faction in the House, has tacked onto the
so-called Securities Fraud Deterrence Act. ("Securities
Fraud Deterrence" -- if that ain’t a Bushonian Oxymoron)
This amendment (8b) is intended to dilute the authority of state
attorney generals’ offices and state security regulators
in bringing legal actions against the large investment houses
for fraud. The Baker bill will transfer much of the power of
state regulators (who have been very aggressive in going after
corporate fraud) to the SEC. The rationale is the same old Bushonian
charade -- for the sake of market stability, liquidity and investor
confidence.

- July 14, 2003 - The Bush Cabal’s Lie Coordination Bureau
(LCB) got it all mixed up this week, when the Bush administration
attempted to retract its allegations that Iraq was trying to
buy uranium from African countries. They were forced to retract
because Bush had, of course, gone to Africa and he was being
laughed at by many of the African leaders he had accused. As
one of the African presidents quoted on BBC said, we don’t
even produce any uranium. It all started when outgoing White
House spokesman Ari Fleischer said that the administration is
withdrawing this allegation. Then Rumsfeld said the same thing
on Wednesday, July 9, in Congressional testimony and that caught
people off guard because the Fleischer comment had not been widely
disseminated. Fleischer had intimated that the White House would
set upon a plan to gradually retract all of the allegations it
made against Iraq (as a reason to go in there) because none of
them were true.

public libraries to install a filter so that library patrons
could not access any pornographic websites. The wording of the
ruling, however, was such that it would allow the executive branch
to effectively block all other types of websites (besides
pornographic websites) and to monitor citizens pursuant to a
selected list of sites. These websites, as the National Library
Association pointed out, would allow the Department of Justice
to monitor “politically sensitive” news and information
websites, which are critical of the Bush Regime or which would
attempt to expose the truth about Bushonian Cabalists. This is
the real intent of the Department of Justice.

Regimes have traditionally used the office of the Vice President
to hide mischief making. Think of the Vice President's Task Force
on Drugs in 1983 formed in Miami with George Bush Sr. as its

Iran-Contra related narcotics shipments were not inadvertently
stopped. This tradition continues to this day. George Bush Sr.
himself as Vice President was in charge of Iran-Contra operations
to maintain "deniability" of then President Ronald
Reagan. This is the same game that Bush and Cheney play today.
Put Cheney in charge of everything that’s illegal to maintain
deniability for the president. What has changed? Not much. The
Republican tradition of Vice Presidents taking the fall goes
back to the forgettable Spiro Agnew (or at least the Republicans
hope we forgot).

- Move to US Occupied Iraq - April 21, 2003 - According to
the latest reports, the benefits that Iraqi citizens will now
enjoy under a US supported regime (they’re not calling it
US occupation) will be much better than the disenfranchised naïve
American flag wavers. General Brooks, a spokesman for CENTCOM
Command, made a pronouncement reiterating the expanded First
and Second Amendment privileges that Iraqi citizens will have.
The would-be Iraqi leaders being groomed for the coalition they’re
trying to form were being interviewed and told about all the
new benefits they’re going to have. A Shiite mullah with
a turban on his head heard this announcement and he says, “If
that’s the case, I can’t wait to be occupied…”
But what struck me funny about it is that Iraqi citizens will
now have (at US taxpayers expense) universal free health care
coverage and universal education up to university level; they
will be entitled to financial aid for the purchases of food;
utilities like water and electricity will be subsidized; and
gasoline for cars will remain at 13 cents a gallon. How can you
beat that?

The scourge of Bushonomics continues and the P-Word (Peace) is
declared seditious in the Weiner Nation... Meanwhile, Goebbels
Wannabe Bill O’Reilly of the AllSpin Zone, has publicly
declared that anyone who opposes Bush Cabal policies is not only
"Un American" but will be considered by him to be an
"enemy of the state." In other words, it looks like
O’Reilly is actively seeking the post of "Propaganda
Minister" in the Bush Adminstration.
- There’s a little known channel on TV called the Public
Legal Issue Forum which explained what justification the Bushonian
Cabal was using for this incident in Albany and the Michigan
high schooler who was sent home for wearing a t-short which read
International terrorist with a picture of Bush on it.
- They’re getting away with it by using the now reinstituted
Seditious Publications Act. I always thought that it was restricted
to books, magazines and periodicals, but they’re using this
act (which they have the authority to do under the Office of
Homeland Security and under the USA Patriot Act) and saying that
anybody who wears a t-shirt or carries a placard is "publishing,"
and these acts constitute "publishing" a picture, a
photograph or printed statements. In other words, this falls
under the Seditious Publications Act, which is meant to stop
the dissemination of any materials deemed to be hostile to the
security of the state. "Publication" then includes
anything printed on a t-shirt or a placard or a poster.
- Then they showed a several clips from Deputy Reichsfuehrer
Ashcroft when he spoke a couple weeks ago (and people didn’t
know what he was talking about), in which the State of Maine
education superintendent leaked out a letter he received from
the Office of State Security regarding high schoolers. Ashcroft
said that they are acting to crack down (and he didn’t really
explain what he meant) but now we’re getting a pretty good
idea.
- The lawyer on the show said that usually under the Seditious
Publications Act the very reinstitution of the act requires consent
of Congress and judicial review by the Supreme Court. Of course,
under the USA Patriot Act and the vast expansion of the 1947
War Powers Act, as it relates to the expansion of presidential
powers and the passage of the emergency extension of the law
enforcement powers act, the president has the right (now that
a state of national emergency has been declared) to simply, by
