And yet, on September 30, 2006, Congress passed a provision in a 591-page bill that will make it easy for President Bush to impose martial law in response to a terrorist 'incident'. It also empowers him to effectively declare martial law in response to what he or other federal officials label a shortfall of 'public order' ... It took only a few paragraphs in a $500 billion, 591-page bill to raze one of the most important limits on federal power. Congress passed the Insurrection Act in 1807 to severely restrict the president’s ability to deploy the military within the United States. The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 tightened those restrictions, imposing a two-year prison sentence on anyone who used the military within the United States without the express permission of Congress. (This act was passed after the depredations of the U.S. military throughout the Southern states during Reconstruction.)" "But there is a loophole: Posse Comitatus is waived if the president invokes the Insurrection Act. The Insurrection Act and Posse Comitatus Act aim to deter dictatorship while permitting a narrow window for the president to temporarily use the military at home. But the 2006 reforms basically threw any concern about dictatorial abuses out the window." When you add this ominous development to the Patriot Acts I and II, the President possesses virtually every power you will need to overthrow our existing Constitutional government and to impose the most powerful, most dreadful, dictatorship in world history -- exactly as the Illuminati planning document "The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion" foretold. "These laws will withdraw one by one all the indulgences and liberties which have been permitted ... and our kingdom will be distinguished by a despotism of such magnificent proportions as to be at any moment and in every place in a position to wipe out any ... who oppose us by deed or word." [PROTOCOL 5 -- DESPOTISM AND MODERN PROGRESS] What kind of "laws" is this portion of The Protocols, foreseeing that the leaders will "withdraw one by one all the indulgences and liberties which have been permitted"? The USA Patriot Act and its attendant pieces of related legislation will prove to be the final undoing of our liberties and Constitutional Guarantees. Mark my word. Did you catch the kind of dictatorship [despotism] that the Illuminati has planned for every nation once they are brought under the rule of Antichrist? Further, once they have full control, they plan on "wiping us out". You have been forewarned, and the handwriting is most definitely on the wall. The only question is, are you paying attention? Or, are you so engrossed in your investment strategies, football games, and other facets of your life right now, that you do not want to hear any truth, especially "bad news" truth? Every dictatorship needs as complete a program of surveillance it can muster. Therefore, we are most definitely concerned that President Bush is flaunting existing law and Congress is allowing him to do it! |
