It's interesting to note that "christianity today" has removed the e-mail access from their page, I suppose because of the number of responses to their defense of this our-of-the-pit mess.
Also interesting but not surprising is Chuck Colson's support of the mess. Having gone in the prisons with Colson and seeing first hand those he takes in with him, his support makes sense. Of course, Billy Graham's Christianity Today would be a staunch supporter of most anything out of the pit of hell. [ Paul ]
July 10, 2000 [ED T.]: because of some positive responses by Christian leaders concerning
Harry Potter in the articles below, let it be known that I do not support Harry Potter literature in any way shape or form. To me, the series is filling youth with material that will proliferate the practice of witchcraft.]
Sorry, Harry Potter, your witchcraft isn't working on Canterbury Cathedral.

I saw the author interviewed on 60 Minutes. It was stated how this movement towards this
literature was started by kids talking to each other on the playgrounds of the UK and that
there was no promotion gimmick to get it moving. A possible TV series is possible as well
as a movie in the near future.
