Is a Person Who Questions Doctrine or So-Called Signs and Wonders
Guilty of Blasphemy Against the Holy Spirit?

 ~

Matthew 12:31 says -- Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

The blasphemy against the Holy Ghost was committed by unbelievers (Pharisees/Religious leaders here) who, although they knew that Jesus had divine healing power given to him by God, they rejected him and attributed his work to the devil. They eventually killed him.

Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is not just a one-time act but a manifestation of a hardened, wicked, unbelieving heart. Such people will never repent, so they will never be forgiven.

A believer need not fear that they can commit blasphemy of the Holy Ghost. Only unbelievers can do that.

Any person who questions the Charismatic so-called spiritual gifts is not blasphemeing the Holy Ghost. Verses are often twisted to scare people from questioning any doctrine today.
