Once allegations arise concerning this activity, the offending clergy are often moved around to other parishes or dioceses only to resume their heinous activities while victims are left to deal with the abuse without justice. Recently, the Boston archdiocese sex abuse scandal rocked the nation with definitive proof that this shadowy network of priests exists, and have been responsible for countless miseries inflicted upon the victims. Throughout the trial, the public was exposed to minute glimpses of a much deeper reality behind these activities, but the depth of this problem has never been exposed - until now. No man, in my experience as a talk show host and researcher, has been so committed to the Work of God in his attempt to rid our Church of the evils that have found its way into our camp. Despite this tremendous effort, the personal cost in money, family, friendship and emotions have been nearly devastating.
