Before you read these messages from moonman@rmii.com, we just want to remind you that there are tens of thousands more like him that have been bred and nurtured by the modern church growth movement.

"Well the Broncos' just won the Superbowl again. Two-peat. Shall we go for three? I guess this is another prophetic event. Like last year we must do things El's way this year again. Michael crossed his personal jordan, fingers full of championship rings. Are we seeking to run the race to win?

"El's way, or Gods way, is beginning to unfold clearer and clearer as the new day dawns. Clarity is coming to perplexing issues. Apostles with great supernatural wisdom are ministering truths that are shattering the sound barrier. I began to experience this new wave of Apostolic vision this past weekend at the 'School of the Prophet's Conference' in Colorado Springs. It is clearly the Apostles who are bringing the independent minded prophetic ministries together and uniting them in a common vision. This is El's way.

"Dr. Peter Wagner is such an Apostolic figure. He heads up the World Prayer Center in Colorado Springs. He is implementing strategies for spiritual warfare that I was sceptical about when I first heard them 2 years ago. My scepticism has been completely removed as I began to hear him from my heart, and see the spirit of grace that is upon him. (Anyone that could bring together the important prophets from various prophetic streams to one meeting with such a spiritual dignity and unity is one who is capable of equipping saints). I could talk about Apostles in general terms, but seeing a 68 year old man, with this type of grace, has crystallized the Apostolic concept for me. The favor of God is truly upon this man and his wife Doris.

"Like Dr. Peter Wagner today, the emerging Apostles are men of great spiritual 'largess'. Let me clarify. As I have shared in another web page, the word translated often as 'liberty' in the new testament actually means: a broad place. Although we are called to a narrow path in terms of personal conduct, we are called to a broad place of vision spiritually. We are to behold the landscape of God's kingdom vision and divide conquer and possess the various expanses that are alloted to us. Caleb knew the location of 'his mountain'. Do you know the location of your mountain?

"One of the problems that prophetic people have had with Pastors is that the prophets have had a hard time submitting the expansiveness of their prophetic vision into a local church context. Likewise, the Pastors have been wary of such an expansive prophetic vision because it would bring discontent and rebellion in the sheep who would try to run willy-nilly implementing a vision without the proper covering and wisdom. At least that has been the verbal reasoning that I've heard.

"The wall of trust between Prophets and Pastors has been razor thin. Complicating the issue has been the hierarchy of New Testament authority: FIRST APOSTLES THEN PROPHETS THEN PASTOR-TEACHERS. In Gods' structure Pastors are at a lower rank than Apostles and Prophets. Yet they do much of the practical burden bearing of the local church. Remember, the esscence of the five fold ministry is to train and empower others according to Ephesians chapter four. Because we have a church culture that places excessive burden on a single Pastor, we have burn out problems, and the appearance that the Pastor is log-jamming spiritual progress. Likewise, the sheep are chided for being critical and restless. This cycle of murmuring and discontent endlessly repeats itself at the local church level. Yes God is dealing with murmuring and rebellion against legitimate authority. It hurts, let me tell you.

"Many mature and influential Pastors and Prophets have a higher calling to Apostolic ministry. Very few have been willing to become fore-runners in establishing Apostolic legitimacy. Because of that unwillingness to leave the Pastoral nest and become visionary ground-breakers, the prospects for accelerated Apostolic growth by others is greatly stunted. We need more bold men and women with Apostolic callings to accept the risk of being an apostolic visionary.

"Know this, the vision of the Apostle is even more expansive than the vision of the Prophet. The Apostle moves in realms of church order that the Prophet is not comfortable with, or in some cases, capable of moving in. The Apostle is the four star general that directs multiple warrior teams: like Eisenhower in world war two. The prophet is more like General Patton or MacArthur, getting things done in close contact with specific battlefields. The Apostle is a master delegater and team builder. The Apostle is able to lay a ministerial foundation that becomes a self sufficient platform for spiritual warfare. The Prophet, tag-teamed with the Apostle, becomes a near unbeatable force. There are so few Apostles, because there are so few christians with impeccable character. Insight and gifting is not enough, because the spiritual battle at the Apostolic level is so intense. Many would-be Apostles are tried and found wanting by God's holy fire. Willingness to confront and contend with principalities and powers demands that 'Satan have no place' in the Apostle. Most Apostles have endured the pruning shears of lesser ministry positions. To be an Apostle one must first be willing to be a martyr. It was very important to choose from the witnesses of the Lamb. Those that understood the spiritual fires that were part of discipleship in Christ.

"The Apostle combines the concerns of the Prophet and the Pastor. God always places the visionaries (Apostles and Prophets) over the practical ministries. Why? Because without vision people perish. Without challenge christians stagnate. Without purpose people languish in the status quo. Without strategic mobilization, sheep never grow into shephards. We never cull the herd. The fire never flushes out the hidden snake. God is growing a new prophetic evangelism movement that will only be manifest as the teaming of Apostolic and Prophetic ministries occurs.

"We should never diminish or water down the spiritual qualities of these twin end time witnesses (Apostles and Prophets). Symbolically, I believe that these are like two lampstands, the two end time witnesses that were once dead but are now being made alive to the amazement of all.

"I consider myself to be functioning, at this present time, as a Seer and a teacher in the Body of Christ. The Seer has an important piece of the Prophet office, but not the whole office. I am being tried and trained in the Holy Ghost 'school of the prophets'. These web pages are part of my thesis requirements. God is still working critical character traits in me which are necessary before I can go on to the next level. He will decide when I am ready based on my faithfullness and daily hidden obedience of the heart. Its his grace that prevents me from engaging in a spiritual conflict that I am not ready for. I realize that now, and am content in the position that he has placed me in, ever eager to learn more and grow more in the specific gifts of the prophetic office. This I can do and remain within my present sphere of commissioning. Yet, one cannot fake spiritual authority. Neither is it proper to assume the mantle of Elijah without the miraculous confirmation of Elijah. My calling is to operate in the spirit of Elijah. May it become more than mere words.

"Right now, Apostles such as Dr. Peter Wagner, are laying, a foundation from which spiritual warfare in the heavenlies can be fought and won. Intercessors have been mobilized all across the globe in vast numbers to attack specific principalities and powers of the air. I regret that I was not fully aware or open to this movement sooner. I regret that my prophetic stream was not blended properly with other prophetic streams.

"God spoke clearly, during the above mentioned prophetic conference, that he is purifying and unifying HIS prophetic streams. I believe that these unique streams will continue, but now they will be more complimentary, brought into the strategic planning initiatives of the master builder... the Apostles being raised up. God has raised up these men to be very visible. We know a lot about a few Apostles in the New Testament. We will know a lot about a few Apostles in the New Jerusalem. We can get offended, or we can get on board. I believe that true obedient prophets', once they discern the expansiveness and effectiveness, (the Divine genious) of the Apostolic vision, will be more than willing to submit to the vision, and the specific Apostolic figures managing of the vision. Yes the prophet's will become willing.... will become team players. This is a true miracle. There will be lesser Apostles and greater Apostles. The Apostle is vested with the Divine genious to architect spiritual structures, pillars, that will support Divine truth. We must do everything possible to work with these establishing visionaries, to assist, in helping them walk in the mind of Christ and the full counsel of the Holy Ghost. Their vision is far more expansive than what we have, and so we cannot help but see where we fit in, by folding our vision into the context of the more expansive apostolic vision.

"The war between the Pastor and the Prophet will cease with the full emergence of the Apostle. The "Popes of Prophecy" (Pastors or other non-prophetic offices thinking that they are equipped and commissioned to judge prophecy and screen out the influence of the prophetic) are being disciplined as we speak. This is why in scripture it is the prophets themselves who are called to judge prophecy, not the Pastor, teacher, evangelist or even the Apostle. Prophets that now that they are being judged by discerning and understanding prophets will be able, in this climate of mutual respect, to share the full text of what God is showing them without fear of retribution. They will be corrected by their peers before major mistake is made. This only further refines and improves the quality of the prophetic gift. Others giving prophecies will also be taught about principles of judging these insights by those who are well exercised and trained in the process of delivering a word from the Lord. Pastors that don't prophecy regularly will not have these insights. God is calling each advancing church to form a counsel of the proven prophets, at each service, for the healthy judging of prophecy. The prophetic gift will grow mightily in quality if this initiative comes to fruition. Pastors seek to protect the sheep. The prophets seek to prune the vine of that, which has been proven over time, to be unfruitful. These two orientations are not mutually exclusive. Both are necessary for the healthy function of any organism. Pruning words rarely come forth with the intended authority when a Pastor is left as the sole judge of prophecy.

"Invigorated by prophetic insight, the Apostle will take the word of the Lord and implement new and inventive strategies to promote Gods' kingdom, 'on earth as it is in heaven'. We live in exciting times. Out of nowhere these two witnesses have emerged and are changing the face of christianity as we know it.

"There were twelve tribes in the prophetic nation Israel, and there will be multiple streams (or tribes) in the new Jerusalem, the spiritual Israel, the mother of us all. The Apostle will mobilize divers tribes into a unified spiritual nation. We are not talking ecumenicalism, we are talking about a fighting machine. A prophetic army. As this prophetic army goes out to battle to claim its inheritance, to walk in sanctification, to walk in obedience to the Holy Ghost, to walk in Divine provision, Divine revelation, Divine miraculous power, we will see the face of this army begin to change. Love will engulf with each step of inheritance. Love never fails. The picture will soften as the beauty of Christ's Bride emerges. Not the natural nation Israel, blessed under certain Abrahamic promises, but a consolidated nation: the New Jerusalem that will blend both Jew and Gentile, bond and free, male and female into a kingdom that distinguishes not between that which came from human inheritance, but that which comes in Christ, in the seed of Abraham, in Divine promise. As we inherit the promises of God, we inherit the Kingdom of God.
"We are seeing signs that this New Jerusalem is preparing to descend out of heaven.

"We have many battles left to fight. We must not grow weary in well doing. Gross darkness will cover the earth, but in the midst of gross darkness a great light will shine. The Apostles are mobilizing us. As Dr. Wagner has taught, the word 'overcome' in the book of Revelation is in fact a synonym for spiritual warfare. Only those willing to enter the fray, to engage in spiritual warfare (through prayer/fasting and proclamation of revealed and annointed truth), will receive of the hidden manna, the strategies, that bring down Satan's kingdom like lightening falling from the second heaven. We will receive the white stone of supernatural provision in the midst of a Beast system thrown into Luciferean turmoil. We will receive a new name, a new identity that will seperate us from allegience to false religious structures that are in league with one world forces. The world will not know this new name, but each individual will become assured of his or her place in the kingdom strategy.

"God is recruiting fore-runners to take the risk of establishing these Divine truths. Already we are seen by casual charismania as strange and fanatic. We will become even more radical as God annoints us and commissions us to proclaim the new day. Yet we will not be out there alone on a limb as we have been in the past. We will be working from the security of a mobilized force.
"The era of Gentile domination may be near over, but, let me also say, that the new Jew is emerging. As we continue to accept our spiritual Jewishness, we will see many natural Jewish believers integrating and cross-pollination the streams of Christs' kingdom, helping us to gain further understanding of Divine kingdom order. The old vocabulary associated with abomination and ineffectiveness will peel off like a snakes' skin.

"These fore-running spiritual pioneers are being challenged by God to come into alignment with Apostolic vision. Their gifts will never be fully matured until they are teamed with wise master builders. I know that the church is in a state of transition, and all of this seems quite gray. We may not have mature Apostles in our area. God has to have a hand in the teaming process, but man also has a part. Are we going to be willing to submit our ministry to a specific Apostolic visionary? This is a critical question that will determine our influence on hastening the coming of the Lord, in our effective contribution to the restoring of all things spoken by the prophets.

"Prophets are critical to the equation, but are not the final position of authority. All I ask is that you remain open to hear from God regarding how you fit into the emerging Divine order. You must be willing to take steps to team yourself with men of this caliber. We all must be willing to assume our place as watchmen on the wall, ever mindful to inform the elders behind the wall regarding what we see. Trusting that these tested Elders will make the wise decisions and formulate effective strategy. Thats why they are Elders. Thats why a few bear upon themselves the grace of the Apostolic commission."

"Who am I? Whether the accusations are true regarding being a self proclaimed prophet or a false prophet, one thing no one can dispute, I am not trying to build a personal kingdom. I do not advertise my name, collect funds, highlight a ministry organization. My realm is the realm of ideas, ideas which I believe will be grabbed by those who have ears to hear.

"Within the ministry of a prophet, their is a component of that ministry which is capable of seeing things ahead as if looking through a pair of night-piercing binoculars. Thats my primary function here in writing these web pages. We all see 'through a glass darkly' but as the day dawns we are beginning to see the things of God more clearly, leading to face to face encounters, like Moses, James, John and Peter. Changed from glory encounter to glory encounter we become equipped and empowered to do the work of the true ministry of the Kingdom.

"I have been taken to a high mountain, both spiritually and physically. From this vantage point I have been granted the ability to comprehend the enemies strategies and present alternative strategies for God's people. Three years ago, through the mouth of another prophet, God rebuked me for acting like a private when I was called to be a General. I knew in my heart that my false "lowness" was of my own doing, and I was cut to the quick. Before that day, I did not want to step up to bat and enter back into the fray. Since that, otherwise uneventful night, my life has changed. I've taken the bat, and I've stepped up to the the plate. My goal is to do major damage to Lucifers' cosmos; to go into the enemies camp, and take back God's captive people who have been greatly oppressed because all they have known is the deception of Babylonian mystery presented in a tainted gospel format.

"In my spirit, I know that I am performing the function of a Seer. My pen is the tongue of a ready writer. I am taking dictation for the Holy Ghost. Basically, I'm God's secretary, writing in Holy Ghost shorthand, yes, a 'newspaper' journalist for the Kingdom of God. Call me the paperboy if you must.

"Some have said that I am leading, or part of, a movement. If so, I am not yet aware of this movement. If it becomes a movement, so be it, but frankly I am wary of the temporal nature of movements. My goal is to not just to move for the sake of moving, but to actually possess the land of promise.

"I will only be satisfied with full possession of our inheritance in Christ Jesus! I recognize that I am one of many nameless and faceless believers who have cried out for years to break free from the deception, not really knowing what the deception was, but sensing its dark tenacles, strangling the life out of themselves, their local churches and their families.

"Glory to God, our prayers are finally being answered. This is the time, and this is the place for revelation, obedience, joy, excitement in the things of God. Our hour has come fellow prophets! No time to grow slow, we must be about doing our Father's business for the glory of our elder brother King Jesus. The Kingdom of God is at hand. This Gospel of the Kingdom, (the manifest dominion of Jesus in this age through a company of believers that will usher in the age to come), starts within, but grows like a great tree from a small seed. The seed of this kingdom gospel is ever so precious. I want to protect the seed, plant the seed, water the seed and nurture the seed. The seed is the hope of a complete salvation in the Lord Jesus. Its a hope, a vision, that will move mountains of doctrinal error, mountains of apathy, mountains of ineffectiveness.

"This Kingdom operates like a finger that will point out evil, point out deception: 'IF I BY THE FINGER OF GOD CAST OUT DEMONS THEN THE KINGDOM OF GOD HAS COME UNTO YOU!' Witches have taken notice of this emerging gospel, but they are now trembling as their unjust curses fail to alight. Obedient one...God will make you bullet proof! Those that walk in the kingdom will not die until its God's time, and on God's terms. Jesus chose to die in obedience to a prophetic call to be the Saviour of all mankind, the sacrificial Lamb of God. Peter and Paul knew when it was time to lay down their tents.
"God rejoices in the righteous and timely death of his saints. Physical death, on God's terms, swallows up spiritual death in its glorious release of victory. They can only touch our bodies, but they cannot touch our souls and spirits. The realm of the human spirit, that is under the possession of the Holy Ghost, causes men and women to soar like eagles, full of keen discernment. Like Astronauts in space, we will find ourselves free from the encumbering influences of this Luciferean gravity. Gravity is quickly replaced with joy unspeakable and full of glory! 'Holy laughter' is not a meeting thing, its a joy thing, a manifestation of a heart on fire, and can be with you continually. People who claim to be believers but have no sustaining joy, are not walking with the Jesus I know!

"I'm here to be a facilitator of change. At times I wish I could be more public. The local christian church is still not ready for this kingdom gospel. Truthfully, I can share only about 20% of what I know to be core kingdom gospel in the local church, because so much of my doctrine contradicts the doctrines of positioned church leaders.

"But share I must with boldness. Please join with me in this boldness. Ask God to give you revelation from these web pages, and to confirm the revelation independently through God's word. There is a sense of urgency in my spirit. We must get answers to critical questions. The infrastructure of revival must be built in this country, before gross darkness falls. From that infrastructure, the remnant of Kingdom believers will make war with the Beast system that seeks to destroy us lest we emerge in power. We will walk in supernatural power and vision that will confound our accusers. We will plunder the enemies camp. Will we demonstrate the powers of the age to come.

"In a darkened America, a great light will arise, a city set upon a hill. Friend, the challenge is in this age, this life, this generation. Will you accept the challenge to move forward in the things of God! Keep on reading, praying, hungering, reviving! THE HOLY GHOST IS ALL OVER ME AS I WRITE THIS, AND I TRUST HE WILL BE ALL OVER YOU AS YOU READ!"
