Date received 7/17/2004 Why Christianity is reducing in Pakistan As everybody knows that Pakistan is an Islamic country and its culture is based on Islam. If any problem occurs in any Islamic country Pakistan comes first to help them. Due to Islamic culture our Christians are facing so many problems and on the other hand our Christians are also very impressed from Muslims, because in our country Muslims are developed & living very good life. Mostly Christians are jobless and are not able to meet the daily needs of their families so they use drugs to forget their responsibilities and to get the relaxation of their minds. This is a very effective key for the terrorists to use these people to sale the drugs or in terrorism. Christians are leading very depressed life in Pakistan. Muslims prejudice from them and their vessels are separated from them in the hotel, school, college etc. And the Christians womens are doing the work of cleaning (Sweeper) in Muslim houses to earn something for their children due to un skillness they work as a housemaid. Unfortunately their pay is not sufficient to meet their needs but most of them become victim of Muslims, such as rape, sexual harasment and other sexual activites and some time they lost their life by denying to do so. Christian girls are marrying with Muslims is also a dark point for us, because due to unawareness from Christianity they only see the benefits of Muslims as they are in good jobs and having status in the community. Due to poverty they are not able to get education, because the education is very costly and they are not able to pay the fees of the schools. Holy Bible doesn’t have any meaning in the life of illiterate person, because he/ she can’t read it so how they understand the importance of the word of God.
