The Islamic Republic of Pakistan (Urdu: .., islami jamhuriya i pakistan), or Pakistan (Urdu: ..., pakistan) is a country located in South Asia that overlaps onto the Greater Middle East and Central Asia. The country borders India, Afghanistan, Iran (Persia), China and the Arabian Sea. With around 163 million inhabitants, it is the sixth most populous country with the second largest Muslim population. It is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations, SAARC and the OIC. It is also the birthplace of some of the most ancient civilizations, and a strategic center of historic trade routes. It was formerly a major part of the British Empire as western British India before gaining independence in 1947 through the Partition of India. The name of the country "Pakistan" in Urdu means Land of the Pure. |

Date: Sunday, October 9, 2005 A Prayer for Pakistan and Muslims Father we pray that you will inspire leaders of other countries to do their best to bring needed helicopters to rescue those who have no way of getting out of their devastated areas, to bring food, and shelter for those who are stranded without means to take care of themselves. We pray you will send your angels to tend to those thousands who were injured. Father there will be many opportunities to witness to Muslims by Christians in this relief effort and I pray that the Christians will have the courage and boldness to tell them of You and what a glorious future they could have if they chose You, the only God in the universe, Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Father Muslims do not know of You and need to know the truth.
Plant in their hearts a desire to learn of You so they can have
the opportunity to accept You as their Lord and Savior like we
have. They will repent when they can see that they have offended
the God of this universe and that He is willing to forgive them
if they come to Him and ask for forgiveness and take on the name
of Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Father they need to know the truth so all the useless bloodshed
can stop. Its very easy for you to minister, because this is not a new thing for you to ministering the people. We are serving in Pakistan where Christian being a poor community has to face lot of difficulties. Majority of Christian men are addicted or jobless and their wives are compel to work in Muslims houses to earn something for their children due to un skillness they work as a housemaid. Unfortunately their pay is not sufficient to meet their needs but most of them become victim of Muslims sexuality some time they lost their life by denying to do so. As other third world countries mostly people are poor, so firstly they want to fulfill their daily needs and then they are ready to hear the word of God. In Pakistan 60% of the population is jobless. Many of the younger generation are unemployment due to a lack of skills and they easily become involved with bad people. They are compel to do so because they don’t have enough sources and facilities to get good skill or high tech for better job to make their future bright. This is militating on their future. Consequently they are adopting evil ways. That’s the reason our people produces and helps the terrorists. Revivaling Crusades and Seminars are one of the best and effective way to teach the people. We can easily teach Christians among Muslims in these types of meetings. Who have burdon to teach & preach in the depressed & needy people? can easily join us. Money is not our requirement, as every one knows that Gospel is a gift, which is free for all.
