Hornet’s Nests.

On 12^th November 2005, a news was published in “The Daily Jang Lahore” that a man named Yousaf Masih has set ablaze an Islamic Library in the City of Sangilla Hill near Shekhopura. The local Muslims caught Yousaf and but he managed to escape. What happened in next 24 hours is reported by “The Daily Dawn” in brief report. What exactly happened seems to be an altogether   different story.  

The fact remains that Christians are facing extreme “hate” by Muslim majority, and the religious tolerance of Muslims for Pakistani Christians is running out. Pakistan that once was considered on of the most tolerant state for minority communities has been blanketed by the inbuilt hate of “Mullahs” for the Christians of Pakistan. There final goal is that either the Christians convert to Islam or leave Pakistan. Many Christians have left Pakistan and many are trying to leave Pakistan. The “Mullahs” use various methods to frighten the poor Christian community. They are always looking for excuses to demonstrate their hate and disliking and their “self engineered” allegations finally result in such “deadly” incidences. We must see and find the “aim” of creating such incidences where defenseless is alleged of a crime against the Holy Books and Holy Personage of Islam. If we read “in between the lines” of the Islamic News Media of Pakistan we can conclude that the recent and latest “Hate Crime” in which “three churches, and two Pastor houses, a nursing hostel, Nuns hostel, a convent school and four houses of Christians have been burnt.

According to reports a Christian named Yousaf Masih threw a “burning matchstick” in the “Quran Mahal” which caught fire. The question is, was throwing a burning matchstick” towards “Quran Mahal” a willful act of the accused? Was there some “highly inflammable material” placed or kept out side or inside the “Quran Mahal” that caught fire by an ordinary “burning matchstick”? Who saw him throwing the “burning matchstick” at Quran Mahal? Was “Quran Mahal” opened on Friday? If it was opened where was the person in charge of Quran Mahal? Did “Quran Mahal” immediately burst in flames or the fire caused by a “burning matchstick” spread slowly? (As it should by a burning matchstick). Why efforts were not made to extinguish the fire and save copies of Holy Koran? Wasn’t it more important to extinguish the fire than catching “culprit” who any way was recognized as resident of the same city and could be arrested any time? How the accused once caught by a number of people,  managed to escape, even after being caught according to the reports on Saturday the 12^th of November 2005 published in the “Daily Jung Lahore”. And what about the reports that the accused who is now in Police custody and that the accused had a “money dispute” with Muslim Gamblers. According to “Reuter’s” report and Catholic Arch Bishop Lawrence Saldanaha, “the attack seems to be planned and organized as the attackers were brought to the site on buses”, Catholic Archbishop Lawrence Saldanaha told a news conference in Lahore. “And according to the church’s own initial investigations suggested the accusations were motivated by a dispute over money. According to Mr. Akram Gill, a Christian legislator, the dispute was due to a gambling debt owed by two Muslims to a Christian. The Muslim Gamblers refused to pay the money and created this nuisance.

Over the years it has become a routine matter to resolve personal disputes, religion is brought in by the Muslim majority. False allegation are framed against Christians and the Mullahs instigate and the mob immediately starts burning or destroying Churches, schools and what so ever comes in their way that belongs to Christians is burnt to ashes. The Police keeps on waiting till every thing is destroyed. Had the Christian people not left there homes, they certainly would have killed. In February 1997, Santi Nagar was attacked in similar fashion. Every Christian knows and understands the consequences of such a crime. They remain very careful as they are well aware of “Extreme Hate” against them that is prevails every where in Pakistan. Small cities and villages are an easy “Pray” for demonstration of the hate for Christians in most cruel way. No Muslim, educated or illiterate has ever tried to investigate the reality, all that is done it kill, burn and destroy the Christians like insets. The “conspiracies” against Christians are concocted in Mosques, where “mischievous” elements are “ever busy and ready to create extremely dangerous planes and conspiracies. The authorities knowingly, ignores the anti Christian “conspirators and executors”. I am sure that the “Quran Mahal” was set ablaze by Muslims conspirators after removing the copies of Holy Koran and other religious books. They burned the “Quran Mahal” and then instigated crowd of ignorant people who has learnt nothing from their religious teachers and preachers, but to hate Christians and destroy them. Let any one challenge my deduction or conclusion on this heinous and deplorable conspiracy against Christians of Sangla Hill, that has consumed Christian property and worship places and the Holy Bibles. With that it has consumed my love for Pakistan to a larger extent.     

Pakistan has become a vast jungle with large “Hornet Nests” every where and we can see these “Hornets” flying around us. And every know and then, these “hornet nests” are let lose on Christians. On the other hand we are so much divided that we have failed to take a unified stand on this inhuman treatment of Christian minority by the Muslim majority in Pakistan. Vengeance is prohibited in our religion and every time we have to “forgive” in the end. We are being slapped, on both cheeks constantly, we have been striped naked after taking our Cloak and Shirt. We have walked millions of miles on demand of Muslims of Pakistan. But we have yet not sold our “Cloak” and have not bought “Sword”. Are we prohibited to take evasive actions or defend our selves? Surely not!

We are told to be obedient to the people who rule us. But what should be done when our rulers for whom we pray and obey, willfully ignore us? Such a serious and heinous crime has been committed by Muslims against a small minority, yet no official statement has been released by the Provincial Governor, Chief Minister or Federal Government or the President of Pakistan or the Prime Minister of Pakistan or for that matter any senior interior ministry official?

If no one else, I want to warn the government of Pakistan that we the Christians of Pakistan are sick and tired of your attitude towards us. We are sick and tired of “hate trading” Mullahs. We have been cornered to an extent that if we keep silent now,  no one will even remember that Christians ever existed in Pakistan. It is “Now or Never” situation that created Pakistan. I demand an independent  “Christian Republic of Pakistan”, any one likes it or not! The End.

Mob torches 3 churches near Nankana

FAISALABAD/SHEIKHUPURA, Nov 12: A mob of 3,000 people, mostly youth, set to fire three churches and homes of two clergymen as well as destroyed a nursing hostel, nuns’ hostel, a convent school and four other houses in Sangla Hill area of district Nankana on Saturday. The rampaging crowd was protesting against alleged desecration of the Holy Quran. Some 300 Christian families reside in the tehsil. It is alleged that on Friday one Yousaf Masih threw a burning matchstick in the Quran Mahal situated in the Sangla Hill stadium which caught fire. This resulted in some copies of the Holy Quran being burnt to ashes.

Students of a seminary run by Anjuman Melad-i-Mustfa and staff of a dispensary adjacent to the Quran Mahal rushed to the spot and saved the remaining copies of the holy book, newspapers and other material. Ten hours after the incident, announcements were made from mosques asking people to gather in front of the Jamia Madni Masjid of the town. Similar announcement were also made after Fajr prayers on Saturday. People were asked to observe a complete strike and not to send children to schools. Responding to the call, a strong mob carrying hockey sticks, iron rods, and axes assembled at the appointed place. Eyewitnesses said some youths also carried tins of kerosene oil.Religious leaders made fiery speeches and allegedly provoked the mob to set to fire each and every place of worship of the minority community.

Obeying the orders, the protesters rushed to Presbyterian Church of Pakistan situated on the Faisalabad Road and set it to fire. All the furniture, fixture, articles, and religious books were consumed by the blaze. The mob also burnt the residence of Pastor Tajamal Perveiz. The enraged youth then went to the Church of Holy Spirit in the Mancher Colony and vandalized it as well as the residence of Father Semson Dilawar. They also caused severe damage to the Saint Anthony High School, destroying its furniture, record, laboratories and library. Some 650 girls receive education at the school, majority of them Muslim. Police used tear-gas shells and resorted to baton charge to disperse the crowd. DPO Tahir Alam told protesters that the accused had been arrested and a case under section 295-B registered in the Sangla Hill police station. Police later arrested 80 people for taking part in the rioting.

War Against Heresies and Apostasies. (WAHA)

CNI Gujranwala. I have been answering the “Muslim Critics” of Christianity since last twenty five years. I gave maximum time to prove the “Truth of Christian Faith” and silenced many voices against Christian faith and the Holy Bible. Along with this, over the past few years I have  been watching the activities of all the “Pentecostal” groups working in Pakistan and disfiguring the Body of Christ. I wrote a good number of articles on “False Prophets” and their “False Doctrines”. Yet the “Flock of Christ” is being misled by the imported and Pakistan made “False Prophets”. The invasion of so-called “Faith Healers” has damaged the “Body of Christ” to an extent that a major “War” was needed to save the “Body of Christ” from becoming “Devil’s Disciples”. Unfortunately no main line church in Pakistan or in United States of America, Europe and other so-called Christian States has ever given any attention towards this extremely serious situation or issue. All over the world the so-called mainline churches are busy discussing ”issues” that have been decided and taken care of by the Word of God centuries ago. Mainline Churches all over the world have lost their attraction for people seeking “Spirituality”. People are hungry and thirsty for the live giving Word of God, yet what they see in churches is the useless debates and un-repented sinners getting “special status”. Preaching and teaching the Holy Bible has almost ceased and what ever is being preached has become so hollow that people now avoid going to church. As a result many churches have been sold and today Christians see either a “Mosque or Temple” where once Gospel was preached. Human Rights, Interfaith and Peace Activists have diverted the Mainline churches from their “Primary Task” of preaching Gospel of Lord Jesus Christ. Today “Peace” is being sought without “Prince of Peace”. The church has made “Private Peace” with “gods who are not God”. Even in Pakistan the church has forgotten its “Primary Task” and is indulging worldly matters. In this situation and scenario a big “Vacuum” has been created by the mainline churches. This “Vacuum” is being filled by the “False Prophets” and “False Teachers”. Sick and tired of the ignorance of mainline churches and their “Ritualism”, majority of the people who are hungry and thirsty of the Word of God become an easy “Prey” to various “Hawkish” groups who are in reality “Wolves in Sheep Skin”. I have no hesitation in accepting the claim that their membership has surpassed all sleepy churches.

Devil who is always waiting for such an opportunity, immediately sent his followers to mislead even the righteous followers of Christ. They claim to fill the “Vacuum” of “Spirituality” by their False and Anti Bible teachings. These “Shouting Machines” create an atmosphere of “Trance” in their so-called worship services. They hire professional musicians and get young boys and girls who are encouraged to adopt any method to attract the attention of listeners. Their songs though Biblically and theologically deny every true Biblical truth are so fascination an attractive and they sing with such a zeal and voice that very few people notice the Un-Biblical “Poetry”. Clapping and chanting the word “Alleluia”, Praise the Lord, dancing and making strange noises and gestures that a serious minded person is stunned at the “Mockery” of “Praise and worship”. They “Cheat” the “Flock of Christ” with meaningless group of words that are called “Tongs”. They claim that they have the gifts of the Holy Spirit. They mercilessly slaughter the very true nature of various gifts that are mentioned in 1. Corinthians Chapter 12. Healing is their most effective weapon against Christian faith. Here I do not deny that gift the “Healing” that is taught and demonstrated in the Holy Bible. Yet it is my firm belief that the Gifts of Holy Spirit are not that “Cheap” that every Dick, Tom and Harry comes out of no where and claims that he/she has gift of healing. So is the case with “Miracles” and “Prophecies”. Here I narrate a recent incidence, Marilyn Hickey was in Pakistan from 27^th September 2005 to 3^rd October 2005. For four days she performed “Miracles” of “Healing”, not a single person was healed. She claimed in my presence that soon she would be receiving the power to raise the dead. She had her “Bull Dog Prayer Team” with her, yet she did not pray for “Spiritual Healing” or preached repentance or the Gospel. She spent more that a million dollars during her Seven days presence in Pakistan. Yet she failed to warn the people of Pakistan and the high ranking government officials of the “Catastrophe” that came only after five days after she left Pakistan. She could see “Back pain” and “Tumors” and make a “prophesy” that in “Nine Months” time “childless couples” would have babies. Yet her “Prophetic Power” failed to predict a catastrophe?

I have witnessed these Pakistani people preaching. Their sermons are mixture of   Urdu and English while most of our people do not understand English. I have witnessed the desecration of Christian Worship. I have heard of their “Barking Spirit” and seen their “Laughing Spirit”. Their Gospel is not forgiveness of sins and eternal life, their gospel is “Worldly Gains”. They preach that a student does not need to study, he/she can pass their examinations through their “Prayer” with donation. They sell their prayers for luxury cars, instant monetary rewards, young people can get married to the girl or boy with whom they are in love through their “Paid Prayer”. There is a long list of such worldly claims of “Gifts” through their “Power of Prayer” but they must pay for that. Yet when one of these Prophetic family member committed adultery and then got married to a “pregnant girl” and had a child only “Five Months” after the marriage, the “Satanic Prophets” were not ashamed, they shamelessly termed this “Extra Premature Birth” a Miracle.

In this scenario the reaction of the so-called mainline Churches is a complete silence. This silence has adversely affected the “Body of Christ”. This Body that is expected to be perfect, free from all disabilities, disorders and disease, if full of “infection” and yet there is no healing. No one wants to displease these “False Prophets”. The most influential church leaders feel pride to be invited as “Chief Guests” in these “Satanic Dramas” that are “Staged” in city of Pakistan.

In May 2005, I started a new series of articles in Urdu, titled “Akas Bail”. (Air-Creeper, a  plant that does not have any root. It is yellowish strings type shape that grows on a “lush green tree” but does not make its own food” It eats up the green tree and disappear with the greenery of the “eaten up tree or plant”). When I was still working on this topic, and praying, Lord God made it possible to raise more people who were and are still mourning the anticipated death of the church. On 30^th April 2005, I was attending a wedding at Lahore when I received a phone call around 10:30 at night. I was informed that the General Secretary of our church has slept in Lord. Next morning I left for Sargodha a city 250 Kilo Meters from Lahore along with my wife, my sons and their families. After the funeral service Mr. Tariq C. Qaisar a former member of national assembly, who was also present at the funeral insisted that I must stay with him. As I had already arranged for my stay in a hotel, I politely declined his invitation. I was tired, I drive from Gujranwala to Lahore and from Lahore to Sargodha, but I had to accept his invitation to have dinner with him.         

There I met some serious minded and concerned Christians. They wanted to know the “Status” of Pentecostalism as a church or “Christian Body”. I told them that “Pentecostalism” is a “Recognized Heresy and Apostasy” and have long been “Ex-communicated” from the church. Then I talked on the” History and Doctrinal Errors of Pentecostalism” especially the present day “Charismatic Movement”. The issue was discussed from Biblical point of view at length. At that very moment it was decided “Enough is Enough”. The Church must be saved at all cost and be prepared for the “Second Coming” of Lord Jesus Christ. It was decided to wage a “War against Heresies and Apostasies”. In May issue of the Monthly Kalam-e-Haq published the first article on Pentecostalism and at an appropriate time “War against Heresies and Apostasies” was declared in Islamabad on 26^th June 2005. This war is being fought on three fronts. Through publication, through bringing awareness in the churches through Seminars in various places of Pakistan and a “Frontal Attack” on “False Prophets of Darkness”. This was the time when the “Crusade” of Marilyn Hickey had been planned and all arrangements had been made. Speaking in Islamabad Convention, pointing out at a “Banner” of Marilyn Hickey’s “Crusade” in September 2005, I declared that Marilyn Hickey is a “False Prophetess” and we will not let Marilyn Hickey hold the “Crusade”. The story of Marilyn Hickey has already been publicized. A “Bridgehead” had been made and many families who attended her ”meetings” have thrown away their “Pentecostal Identity”. (I always say that winning even one soul back for Christ is a victory)

On 28^th October 2005, a Seminar was planned by Mr. Tariq C. Qaiser in the city of  Sargodha. The Monthly Kalam-E-Haq and www.siloampak.org had already exposed Marilyn Hickey and her “False Doctrines”. The people were eager to attend the Sargodha Seminar. Christians who were seeking to know and learn the Truth of Christianity attended the Seminar in large numbers. People had come from near by villages and as far as Mianwali and Faisalabad. A large number of local Pentecostals were also present. I spoke for two hours. tried to explain the “Gifts of Holy Spirit” in light of the Biblical teachings. I am well aware of the fact that many Pentecostals did not like what I said, yet good number of Pentecostals met me and gladly told me that “we were misled but now we shall not allow them to cheat us”.

Crakes have been seen in the “Fort of Devil”. A sense of fear has developed and though I have lost some friends, we have been able to save many souls for Christ. Our church and Anglican Orthodox Church has engaged in the Battle but the “War” reaped better results. Many pastors of Presbyterian Church of Pakistan and The Church of Pakistan have come to me and have told me that there is a great panic in Pentecostal “Pastors” in villages. Since 2^nd October 2005, I have received many letters, emails and telephone calls, appreciating and supporting our efforts. Today hundreds of people have joined the “War against Heresies and Apostasies” and by the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, WE SHALL WIN THIS WAR. I must appreciate the working of the Team of Mr. Tariq C. Qaisar which is working day and night, through their prayers and support. The Sargodha Seminar was arranged by Mr. Taric C. Qaisar, and his family who arranged the Seminar at their school premises at their own expense. Lord willing the next Seminar is planned in Karachi in November 2005, and at Kohat in December 2005. Readers are requested to remember us in their prayers for the Glory of Lord Jesus Christ.

Mutual Condolence.

CNI. Gujranwala. On 22^nd of October 2005, Rt. Rev. Dr. Major (Retired) Bishop of the Siloam Biblical Christian Churches of Pakistan, Rt. Rev. Dr. Earnest Jacob, Bishop of Anglican Orthodox Church of Pakistan and Mr. Kamil Nasir, Secretary to the Bishop of Siloam Biblical Christian Churches of Pakistan called on the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Shuakat Aziz at Prime Minster’s House, Islamabad. Bishop Nasir expressed “Mutual Condolence” to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shuakat Aziz. Bishop Nasir told the Prime Minister that “we have come to express our deep sense of grief and sorrow and to condole the colossal lose of life and damage cause by the recent “Earthquake” in Northern Pakistan and to be condoled by the Prime Minister because at this time all Pakistani people without any discrimination need to condole each other on the recent disaster.  He assured the Prime Minister that at this of need we stand together to rebuild the “Earthquake affected areas of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir”. Bishop Earnest Jacob and Mr. Kamil Nasir also expressed their deep sense of grief and sorrow on this greatest disaster of our history. Bishop Jacob told the Prime Minister that special prayers are being held in churches all over the country for the affected people and relief goods have been collected and handed over to the NWFP Government. Bishop Timotheus Nasir presented a “Cheque” for the “Help and Rehabilitation” of Earthquake victims” from “Siloam Biblical Christian Churches of Pakistan”, the poor students and staff of “Siloam Christian School”.

An Appeal for Help.

The Earth Quake that killed over 23,000 people and wounded over eighty thousand people in Northern Areas of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir has rendered millions of people without any shelter. Winter will soon come and will add to the miseries of the unfortunate people of Pakistan who have lost all they had and have no shelter. At this natural disaster and calamity, your personal and collective help is urgently needed. Please help us to;

1. Burry the dead,
2. Provide medical assistance to the injured,
3. Provide food and shelter to all who have lost their homes.
4. To rehabilitate the affected people.

Marilyn Hickey Healed by Bishop Nasir.

CNI. Islamabad. It was 26^th June 2005 when Bishop Timotheus Nasir announced that he will ensure that Marilyn Hickey does not hold a “Crusade” in Pakistan from 28^th September to 1^st October 2005. Her “Coordinators” and Marilyn Hickey herself became worried and angry on the “announcement” of Bishop Nasir who is currently running champagne to expose “False Prophets” who come to Pakistan with so called “Healing Crusade” and mislead the Christians in Pakistan with their ”Miracles”.  He published this news in his Monthly Urdu magazine “The Monthly Kalam-E-Haq” in July, August and September 2005. Marilyn Hickey’s hosts in Pakistan tried to put pressure on Bishop Nasir through a former member of Punjab Provincial Assembly, not to oppose the “Crusade”. On 26^th August the leaders of “Lamp Fellowship” (the hosts of Marilyn Hickey) requested a meeting on the issue while he was in Rawalpindi. He met one of their main leaders and told and explained the “False Doctrine” of Marilyn Hickey. He agreed but there answer was strange. He told Bishop Nasir that Marilyn Hickey does not talk on her “False Doctrine” in Pakistan. The representative of “Lamp Fellowship” assured Bishop Nasir that he will arrange a meeting of Bishop Nasir with Marilyn Hickey on 27^th September 2005 the day she was to arrive. (They never meant it any way) In September issue of the Monthly Kalam-E-Haq, Bishop Nasir once again announced the he will not let Marilyn Hickey hold the “Crusade”. On 25^th September 2005 the “Lamp Fellowship” offered “three options” to Bishop Nasir. One; To be the “Chief Guest” at a “feast” and sit with Marilyn Hickey and discuss the “Doctrinal Issue” with her. (Marilyn Hickey” invites notable Christians, high ranking government officials, Federal or Provincial Ministers and high ranking Muslim Clerics) Two; To go to United States along with Marilyn Hickey and discuss her “Doctrinal Errors”. Three; Meet Marilyn Hickey on 30^th of September 2005 during her so called “Pastor Training” program at the “Islamabad Convention Center” in Islamabad. Bishop Nasir declined the first two options but accepted the third. On 26^th of September the permission to hold “Crusade” in “Rawalpindi Cricket Club Stadium” was canceled by the government for security reasons. On 27^th Marilyn Hickey arrived in Pakistan, the “Lamp Fellowship” and Marilyn Hickey were shaken and Bishop Nasir was informed on 28^th September that Marilyn Hickey is very “disappointed and depressed”. Bishop Nasir offered to go to Islamabad to “Pray” for Marilyn Hickey so that she can come out of her “Depression and Disappointment”. Marilyn Hickey has prayed for hundred and thousands of people, yet when she was told that the “Crusade” will not be held, she forgot to pray for herself and the “Crusade”. On 29^th October 2005, Bishop Nasir went to Islamabad and having nothing to do that evening, he went to visit a friend. That night, the whole team of Marilyn Hickey was sitting very sad and disappointed in a “Five Star Hotel” in the atmosphere of uncertainty, they were somehow informed that Bishop Nasir is in Islamabad. At 10:00 PM Bishop Nasir received a telephone call on his mobile phone, and was asked to come to the hotel. They needed his help to hold the “Crusade”. The wanted him to speak very senior officials get the permission for the “Crusade” as one day of “Crusade” was lost. Half an hour latter Bishop Nasir was informed that the leadership of “Lamp Fellowship” would wait for him in “Convention Center” along with Marilyn Hickey, so that he could accompany them in the last bid to seek the permission from the “District Coordinating Officer” of Rawalpindi. On 30^th September at 8:00 AM the District Coordinating Officer and that Bishop Nasir should make a telephone call to the DCO.

Bishop Nasir arrived at the Convention Center Islamabad at 11:30 AM and was received and led to the “Convention Hall” where Marilyn Hickey was “healing” the sick people. He was offered to sit on stage but he declined and he was seated in “Front Raw”. The “Fairy God Mother” had lost her confidence, she looked “pale” and according to Bishop Nasir, he enjoyed the “Drama”. She was narrating her story of her “Crusade” in Sudan, where so many people saw Jesus Christ in glairing “Sun”, yet the “movie” she projected did not show Jesus Christ. Some “healed” people were shown. Then she shouted like “African Tribes” (I must admit, she shouted well) Then she announced that she is going to “heal” sick people. She announced, “Every one with some kind of Tumor should stand up”. A good number of men and women stood up. She asked them to put their hands on the Tumor and pray with me. After the prayer she declared “Your Tumor” is “gone”. A pre arranged witness stood up and gave her “testimony”. Then people with other diseases that could not be seen, were healed and more pre arranged “testimonies”. And finally those “married couples” who did not have a child. Some couples stood up and she told then that after “nine months” they will be blessed with “babies”. After giving this “Good News” the healing was over. In the end after lengthy introduction of Late Dr K. L. Nasir and Bishop T. Nasir, the “Stage Secretary” invited Bishop Nasir to say a word of prayer. Before the prayer Bishop Nasir gave his personal testimony. He asked the translator to translate his testimony so that Marilyn Hickey and her team could also understand as they did not understand Urdu the common language of Pakistan. He told the people that he is suffering from “Heart Ailment” since 1979. He told that had two major heart attacks and many minor attacks. He said he has never gone to a “Faith Healer” he only prayed to THE   HEALER” our Lord Jesus Christ. His average travel is 200 kilometers a day. He preaches without any problem and when ever he has time, he goes to his doctor for routine checkup. He openly stated that he does not need Marilyn Hickey, he and every one needs Jesus Christ who listens every prayer and gives answer at an appropriate time. He told the audients not to be misled by such people. Then he prayed that the Christian people must have faith in Lord Jesus Christ and their safety from false teachers. He also briefly prayed for Marilyn Hickey that may the Lord show her the right path and help her correct her Doctrine. He also announced that his church will cooperate with “Lamp Fellowship” to “Correct” them. After the prayer, Bishop T. Nasir was taken to “Minister’s Chambers” with Marilyn Hickey, where he questioned her Doctrines and their credibility. Marilyn Hickey did not say a word. Then he told her not to give false information on her web site. (By the evening the sentence, “Thousands of Muslims Saved” was deleted on my advice and was replaced by “Hundreds of Christians and Muslims were healed”) Then Bishop Nasir advised Marilyn Hickey to reconsider her Doctrines and correct them. She did promise. After that Bishop Nasir asked her to cover her head and I am going to pray for her. She did. Bishop Nasir put his hand on her head and prayed for her depression and disappointment. He also prayed that the Lord may show her right path, her safety in Pakistan for her travel back to United States and to restore her power of hearing. Marilyn Hickey has problem with her hearing) He also prayed that the demons and evil spirits should leave this place in the name of Lord Jesus Christ. It was a short but complete prayer and after the prayer she looked “satisfied and refreshed”. (This is the first time ever that a “Charismatic” preacher and healer needed prayer from a Presbyterian) Bishop Nasir latter told Marilyn Hickey that she needed to study the Holy Bible very seriously and carefully. He also informed Marilyn Hickey that she can not hold a “Big Crusade” but will be able to get some place, a church or a Christian school to hold her evening meetings on 30^th September and 1^st October. Immediately a telephone call came with the information that an alternative but a very small place in Rawalpindi has been arranged. She was astonished and she and her American and Pakistani team asked him how did he know that while his Mobile phone was off? He told them that his “source” will take care of her depression and disappointment and now it has been take care of. She was very much satisfied when the meeting ended and offered her special thanks to Bishop Nasir. Marilyn Hickey went her way and Bishop Nasir drove back to Gujranwala. But before he left the “Lamp Fellowship” leader reached and met Bishop Nasir and thanked him for his help in getting the permission. He also wanted to know the ”Source” of Bishop Nasir, but he declined to disclose the “Source”. Bishop Nasir had to attend a function in Lahore on 1^st October (36^th Anniversary of his commission in army along with his Course Mates. The news by that time had reached Lahore that a Presbyterian prayed and healed Marilyn Hickey. One of the Course Mates of Bishop Nasir works for Presbyterian Church USA Lahore office) Marilyn Hickey held meetings on 30^th September and 1^st October in a small place and has gone back to United States without holding a “Crusade” that was to be attended by at least One Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand people. Yet before leaving for United States she lied on her web site that reads “She had a meeting with a local bishop who originally opposed her coming to Pakistan, but at the end of the session he prayed for God to move powerfully through her ministry”. Bishop T. Nasir did not pray for “God to move powerfully through her ministry”. He prayed for her “Depression and Disappointment”. He is still opposed to Marilyn Hickey and her ministry and many more Charismatic ministries that are misleading the Christians in Pakistan and world over.  He openly preaches and teaches against “False Prophets”. He has never claimed any special gift of healing. He has never preached that he can speak in “tongs” but he claims that he has an “edge” over American Charismatic. He says when they come to Pakistan they can’t speak or understand Urdu, Punjabi and other languages in Pakistan but he can speak in English in America fluently. When asked by the CNI team he replied, soon Lord will show her the right way. I said that the “Crusade” will not be held, it is not held according to high expectations of Dr. Marilyn Hickey. Bishop Timotheus Nasir has direct access to the all important people. Seven Generals are his “Course Mates”. Many Federal Ministers know him, and once Governor of Punjab Lt. Gen Kalid Maqbool was his personal friend. He does not need to go any where, he just makes a telephone call and the job is done. Yet he declined to disclose his “Source”.

Some how Bishop Timotheus Nasir hardly makes such public statements like he made on 6^th October 1999 to get canceled a “Crusade” and on 26^th June 2005. But when he does make a statement, it is fulfilled.
